Nestled in the heart of Candolim Goa, our apartment is a part of a beautiful gated community called Villa Rosa. With Candolim Beach at a walking distance of less than 7 minutes, we provide you with the perfect getaway available for short and long term rental. .

Set amidst lush gardens, our well maintained and fully furnished apartment has two en suite bedrooms with AC , two shower rooms , a sun lounge , a living room with television , three pleasant balconies and a fully equipped open plan kitchen comprising microwave, toaster, kettle and a fridge.
Amongst other features, an automatic washing machine , a small safe for your valuables and high speed WiFi is included. The apartment is serviced regularly. However, if required additional cleaning can be arranged. The complex has a swimming pool , gym , parking (within the complex) and 24 hour security.
The shopping centre is at a stone’s throw away and has popular stores like Delfinos and Newtons that cater to all your regular needs. Several restaurants and other popular beaches like Baga and Calangute are within a radius of five kms.

It is set amidst natures lap, quaint and quiet . But also close enough to the tourist attractions.
