Phase 5 - 7 Bedroom Villa With Private Swimming Pool, Kids Pool.

We stayed at villa Calangute phase 5 for 3 nights and a very very wonderful stay and would surely love to visit again

Villa Calangute set of Villas are becoming habit for us in Goa! They are super from Comfort, Convenience and Caring perspective! Sometimes I am wondering whether it’s staying at one of the villas of Villa Calangute adds to us visiting Goa multiple times in the year!

Super place . loved every moment of the experience . VeryVery Helpful staff Priya and manager Raj and Sangram . awesome location with beach 200 mtrs . food option nearby . location is very very good . swimming pool is very clean and mantained daily . am very very happy with service .

we had a friends reunion at your place. our stay was very comfortable. Villa was very near to beach. There are lot of restaurants nearby , so the food was not a challenge. Staff was quite good and helpful. taxi services are reasonable and available at odd times (i.e 4 am in the morning)

It was a pleasant stay there. The villa is very spacious n very well maintained. The housekeeping staff is also very cooperative. The best part of the villa is its location. It's right in the heart of the happening streets.

We had an excellent time. The villa is just superb. The caretaker staff was also very good. Food preparation and house keeping was very good. Total home like scene. The pool is also very well maintained and so is the entire property. During my next visit I would prefer to stay at this property only.

If you are a big group and wish to spend more time together, than in your rooms, this is definitely the place for you. We booked Villa Phase 5 and 1 - the management left no stone unturned in making us feel at home! It’s a 5-7 min walk to the beach and the main road. There are a couple of restaurants around the villa as well. Very clean and tidy place, clean rooms, clean kitchen. The swimming pool is clean as well. The common Area of the house can easily accommodate 40-50 people for a party. We made hell lot of noise and to our surprise there were no complaints from Neighbours.

I had a brilliant stay in Villa Calangute! Extremely clean and tidy rooms throughout. Very friendly staff. Pure luxury! If you are looking to spoil yourself, you will not be disappointed! I enjoyed my stay thoroughly!!!

The rooms were good, comfortable beds and cleaned well everyday. Staff were fantastic and friendly. The location is really good, walking distance to many great food places and shopping. Overall, it was a very affordable, relaxing stay for my family.

Villa Calangute was excellent. The house was very well kept. Waling distance to the beach. The pool was clean and very nice to cool off in. Anil and Raj were extremely helpful hosts.

Very spacious bedrooms with balconies, en-suite bathrooms and storage area. Lovely garden area with big pool. The villa was very well maintained and clean. Great location, close to the beach. We will definitely visit again!

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was spacious and most importantly spotlessly clean. The staff were helpful and very accommodating and the service they provided was excellent. Highly recommend staying there especially if you are a big group. Having a pool was a real plus and we enjoyed using it!

I have stayed in one of the Villa Calangute properties for the past 7 years. The customer service is outstanding. The villas are always kept spotlessly clean, and the staff are always more than helpful. This year we stayed in Phase 5 for the second time. It is spacious, and have the pool and pool table for a large group is excellent. I have already booked for 2017.

We had a lovely time at the villa. It was well equipped, clean and had all requirements to make our holiday stay comfortable and enjoyable. The owners were very friendly and prompt in responding to our requests. Definitely looking to visit again and will recommend to friends and family.. Overall 5 star rating

Very spacious & beautifully designed villa that accommodated 5 friends and our families for a get together after many years... Amazing swimming pool with rounded edges (perfect for kids), spacious and clean rooms, very hospitable staff. We also had the liberty and convenience to prepare and enjoy a few meals in house thanks to the well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our late nite walks to the beach; just 2 minutes away and some delicious food from restaurants along the road to the beach. Even our fussy elders who hate coming along with us for a holiday enjoyed their stay! LoL! The luxury of a resort stay and the privacy and comfort of home... We had an amazing time at Villa Calangute... We are already planning our next holiday!

We travel to Goa at least once every year for the last 11 years. For the last couple of years we have been visiting Goa with family or friends. This was our second stay at Villa Calangute - Phase 5. The first time was in Feb 2014. Both the times we have traveled with a large group of friends, 18 to 20 of us. The Villa Calangute Team has been extremely professional and helpful during both our visits. The booking procedure is straight forward and the team sends you a reminder just prior to your visit. Lucinda helped with our bookings and also with transport arrangements. Raj, the villa manager was available for our check in and helped us with the local transport when required. Laxmi the housekeeper was always helpful and welcoming, she made sure to keep the villa clean even with 20 of us. The villa also has a pool table, carrom board, washing machine and a well equipped kitchen (Fridge, Microwave, Gas, Mixer and crockery, cutlery and utensils to easily cover 20+ guests). They also provided us with a welcome kit including beer and some basic necessities (milk, bread, eggs, butter) to get us started. The villa is just awesome, we thoroughly enjoyed having access to our own private pool. The kids could not get enough of it with the showering elephant. We enjoyed midnight dips as well. The villa staff made sure the pool was cleaned regularly during our stay. The proximity to the beach - 5 min walk - helped us make frequent trips to enjoy the waves and for evening walks. Jolly Jack Shack at the beach was another one of our favorites. There are many restaurants in the vicinity. We chose to rent bikes to visit our favourite haunts "Wok and Roll" and "Infantaria". This time around we also chose to enjoy the villa rather than wandering and had a couple of meals in house - Laxmi and her husband Shivaji prepared a local fare of fried kingfish and prawn curry. They also catered for the vegetarians in the group with a nice Veg Vindaloo and dal, rice. We our already planning our next years vacation to our favorite villa North of Goa. Thank you all @VillaCalangute for making our vacation stress free and wonderful.

Excellent location, facility and service. We were a group of 20 people and everything was handled efficiently from check in to check out. Raj was outstanding, he was available 24 hours to help with anything. Highly recommend this faculty.

Visited during Christmas of 2014 with 18 people total for 4 nights. The villa was modern, clean and spacious. Every room has an en suite bathroom which also made it very comfortable, even for large groups. The villa is centrally located and walking distance from the shops, restaurants, markets and the beach. Furthermore, the private pool was beautiful and so convenient to have in our front lawn. The two people managing the property (Raj and Laxmi) were absolutely brilliant - kind, hospitable, and hard working. Not only did they keep the place clean, but they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. A few of us became sick during the stay and the management staff went out of his way to make us kichidi (the Indian equivalent to chicken noodle soup) late at night. We could not have asked for a better stay and highly recommend this property to others.

We stayed at Villa Calangute's phase 5 for 4 nights over Divali, our second visit in 2 years. The villa was spacious clean and well looked after by Raj and Laxmi, and several suggestions for improvement that we made last year had been implemented. We wanted for nothing. The superb location meant that we could walk to the beach or a variety restaurants, and were a short drive from many lovely restaurants. The owner, Dexter, was kind enough to arrange another villa for a late checkout facility, as our flight out was late in the evening. We will definitely be back next year.

We 6 couples stayed in the villa for 3 days from 12th October till 15th october and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect close to all the action area like Baga Candalim etc nearby. The villa was well maintained with all the basic amenities. the pool was small but very well maintained. Raj the caretaker and laxmi the cleaning person and as well as cook was very cooperative and took care of all the needs. I would like to thank Team Calangute for making our trip so comfortable. Will surely stay again in my next trip to Goa.

The 7 room villa hosted 14 of us for 4 days and still appeared pretty spacious. Swimming pool though small was a star attraction with kids and grown ups alike. Washing machine, spacious bathrooms, a well appointed kitchen space, walk-in closets, indoor games faciities ensured that we had one of our best beach holidays. Location was perfect - very close to the beach and markets and yet not very noisy. Security was very reassuring and the care taker and staff were quite attentive.

Absolutely beautiful villa. Really enjoyed my stay here. Didn't want to leave the villa as I felt it had everything we needed. Pool was just perfect to jump into when we got a little hot. Highly recommend :)

As there were 6 of us travelling, we came across Villa Calangute online and decided to try it. They use a simple and straightforward booking system which is very transparent and helpful. The option of having a shopping list ready for you when you arrive is an added convenience. Lucinda got in touch with us before we arrived and was available to guide us to the Villa once we landed in Goa. Check in and orientation (where she explained the basic functioning of the villa) were a breeze and handled well. We had a housekeeper (Roseann) present daily from 9am to 5pm and she was very courteous and unobtrusive, not to mention really helpful. The villa itself (we stayed in Phase 4) was immaculate, clean and welcoming. Tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We met with Dexter at the start and the end of our stay - his hospitable nature is clearly evident and directly linked to the experience provided. Our holiday was a great de-stresser overall and Villa Calangute played a central role in that.
