Hay all , Just wanna share our experience for the stay at Phase 10 , we wer 7 couples with all each infant kids , Stay 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Peaceful surrounding 10/10 Value for money 10/10 if ur travlinf in group in goa its the best place as we hired Chef and helper so we didnt have tp move out for food , and enjoy the place and it has a huge kids play room so kids will surly be busy there and you can enjoy too

The property was great and spacious, you will really enjoy it with your family or a bigger group of friends! The facilities provided were great. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained and we were even provided pool towels. Our experience was over all good. If you are visiting with a large group of people, definitely go ahead with the property. We hope to stay here again when we visit next!

We were group of 26 ppl including 6 kids. We really had great time at this villa, best part of it is the swimming pool and Kids room. Kids really had good time in there. Sufficient rooms for all of us, in fact we did not use 1 room at all. We had arranged for outside cook/maharaj and he cooked all 3 meals for us in the villa itself. All utensils are available in the villa and helpers charge minimal for daily cleaning etc If you are big group this is best place to stay rather than staying in any hotel with different rooms for everybody. What an excellent experience we had at Villa Calangute during our holiday in May. It was a big bunch of us and we wanted to stay in a home environment as compared to the usual hotel stay. The villa was spacious , the rooms were well appointed and all of us could spend quality time together as a family and spent most nights chatting away around the pool and hall . What we found particularly good was that even when we wanted to host a party here to meet all our other friends, they went out of their way to make it easy for us .The staff was accommodating and very helpful. Cant wait for our next years trip .

We had a wonderful stay at Phase 10 Villa. The villa is perfect for families / large groups with plenty of space including very spacious bedrooms and of course the stunning pool area which we all enjoyed! The villa was very clean and well maintained and the staff were so helpful throughout our stay. Great location less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Wow! What a beautiful place, I cannot recommend this enough. It is fantastically designed, spacious and had a sense of tranquillity right of the heart of the hustle and bustle of Goa. Fantastic management who provide a great service.

Just returned from a fantastic holiday at this upmarket villa. We received a typically warm Goan welcome from our hosts Leayanna and Dexter to their gorgeous tastefully decorated villa . Each enormous bedroom with an en suite and large communal sociable kitchen, utility and lounge which opened onto the swimming pool. Well appointed, well decorated and well placed to visit all Calangute has to offer especially the night market. An oasis of calm.

Luxurious and nicely decorated. Comes with a private pool! The villa is spacious and has an open plan layout on the ground floor which is ideal for gatherings. Each bedroom has a full bathroom attached to it and there is even a well-equipped playroom for the kids. The decor is simple and luxurious. The private pool is a nice bonus.

Visited Villa Calagute in December and had an absolutely fantastic stay. Leayana and Dexter were the perfect hosts and the villa was stunning. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful with lots of lovely touches to make us feel at home. The pool was wonderful and the kids really enjoyed using it. The villa is in a perfect location for all the local attractions. Thank you so much for a truly memorable holiday.

Highly recommended spacious homely villa close to the beach. Great location for shopping with the night market a must. The nursery for kids was such fun as was the swimming pool. The family could not do enough for us making our stay memorable. Very enjoyable time spent in vibrant Goa and would highly recommend the villa, people and Calangute.

Well everything about the villa was nice. As soon as we reached the paperwork was ready and was done in a wiff. We were shown our rooms which were done up. The cook we had requested was there and ready to start. The pool was clean and the staff very courteous. Service with a smile was their motto. Amazing experience. All the very best. The 17 of us who had assembled there from across the world liked the place thoroughly and all of them requested for their connects while leaving to recommend it to friends and family.

We had a great stay of two nights at this villa. All amenities were as mentioned on the website and the email. Even the kids play area inside the villa was maintained in spotless conditions. Even the pool was clean and perfect separation needed for kids and adults. The staff was courteous and also obliged to our ad-hoc requests. Overall, they have definitely got a repeat customer in me.

We were group of 10 guys meeting after 10 years and we were looking for an independent villa with a private pool. I stumbled upon this property via trip advisor and I was impressed by the reviews. I spoke to the reservation department and they helped me with my booking. The reservation process was very smooth and all the requests were very well taken care. Normally photos are better then the actual property, but when we reached the villa, the property felt even better then the actual photos. The pool water was clean, rooms were well maintained. Anil was our focal point during our stay and he was very prompt in helping us out. Housekeeping staff Rosy / Ruby made sure we have a comfortable stay. They prepared amazing breakfast for all of us and it was very delicious. I would suggest to get breakfast made by them. Restaurants are nearby the property. All of my friends enjoyed our stay and we did not have any complaints. I think this is a great property for big groups and I am sure any one will enjoy. I will definitely come back to this property in future if similar reunion happens.

Not usually a reviewer but felt the need to comment on this perfect villa for our stay in Calungate, Goa. First impressions of the villa and pool were stunning and once we went in I realised that the whole place was of the same standard. Spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished, this was as luxurious a villa I've stayed in on any of my travels. The hosts, manager and maid were all extremely accommodating and helpful and overall this was the perfect Base to enjoy Goa from

This is a great place to stay in Goa. You can completely relax and get away from all the hustle and bustle of a long day haggling in the markets while relaxing around the pool, or taking a seat in the very spacious lounge area. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending the house to anyone. The onsite security and domestic staff are great too. It was so nice to have a washing machine after travelling from Rajasthan for the previous 2 weeks!!
