Goa, Calangute, Kyle Gardens 3rd Floor One Bedroom Appt + Sofabed
Beach apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and shared pool in Calangute, India
From £77 per week
A modern, well furnished third floor apartment with balcony within a well managed complex in a popular resort, with brilliant proximity to the fantas
Overview
This is a complex only fully completed during late 2008/early 2009
Created by the highly accomplished “Saldhana builders”
It offers peaceful surroundings…away from the main “hustle and bustle” of mainstream Calangute, yet still retaining a position of only 10 mins walk away from the “super commercial” Baga Rd area and only 15 mins max walk from the beautiful Calangute beach itself
The Baga Rd is fantastic at night for both Bazzare type shopping, and the choice of Bars/Restaurants
The property boasts an excellently well maintained pool…it will be generally tranquil and peaceful as there is no hotel accommodation within.
There is a lovely local bar/restaurant bearing left outside the complex.
Taxis are freely available
Our Local, English agent lives close nearby
Generally, enjoy!
Why did I buy a property in this area?
Generally the known quality of the builders...and also the location.
Excellent complex facilities...but slightly away from the beaten track...but still within easy range of the "hot spots"
I have absolute confidence that the pool area and immediate surroundings will be excellently maintained
Bars Shops and Restaurants in relation to the poperty?
In short, the immediate area itself is away from the beaten track...within 10 mins walk however is the most amazing multitude of bars/shops/reataurants etc.
there is a quiet bar/restaurant immediately outside of the complex

Dear Dave, Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time in Goa. The apartment was super and we enjoyed, observing the squirrels and listening to the music coming from the temple. Calangute beach is beautiful but very crowdy, so we took a motorbike, launched ourselves into Indian traffic (horn-horn) and explored the more northern beaches, Vagator and Little Vagator were just perfect! Visited Old Goa (lots of churches!) and of course the Anjuna flea market... Also, the trip to Hampi (Hospet) was long (7h by train) but certainly worth it! Very special! And all that tasty food everywhere...njammy! In a nutshell, we are still dreaming about it and certainly hope to return there. Thanks for everything! Greetings from Belgium, Nadine & Paul Hello Dave, We are Annika and Janek from Estonia, visited your apartment from Jan 27 to Feb 5. Apartment was so beautiful. Many many thanks to you and Sarah too. Best regards
Dear Dave, I was going through the owners direct website and came across your property where we stayed in Feb 2011. It suddenly struck me that i had not said thanks to you for all the wonderful arrangements at your apartment. It was a great vacation for us. There are all the amenities that one can think of in the apartment and it is very well kept as well. I thank you and Sarah for all the support. I would certainly visit the property again. Thanks a ton Sharon

Dear Dave, Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time in Goa. The apartment was super and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony, observing the squirrels and listening to the music coming from the temple downstairs :-) Only on our last day there seemed to be an electricity problem, we informed Monica (the manager) and also Sara of this... hope it got solved...
