On the ground floor
The ground floor of the villa features a grand dining area, which can accommodate the curious palates of 10-12 guests. Also, on the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen, fully-equipped with 2 ovens, microwave, induction hot plates and kitchenware. The kitchen’s illuminant glass partition overlooks the stunning BBQ area.
Adjacent there is a commodious, modern sitting area with a comfortable couch and a 75-inch Samsung smart, satellite TV, ideal for relaxing moments.
The absolutely luxurious master bedroom features a king-size bed, with His & Hers walk-in closets. The extra refined master bathroom promises exquisite moments of solitude.
On the same floor, there are two standard suite bedrooms, also featuring king-size beds or four single ones depending on our guests’ needs, en-suite bathrooms for all bedrooms, an elegant WC and a laundry area. Most bedrooms host a balcony, perfect for a much needed tranquil break.

On the first floor
On the first floor there is a roomy mezzanine office equipped with a sophisticated computer and a printer for any business arrangements our guests wish to take care of. There is also an extra king-size bedroom, a sofa-bed and a TV on the sitting area, as well as a reading area and a library ideal for relaxing moments accompanied by a good read that can make everyone feel at ease.
A cozy roof garden is our brand new addition to the facilities of the first floor. Guests can enjoy cocktails and drinks under the starry sky.

Being well-aware that every imaginable amenity is key to travelling without compromise, we have integrated in our property a bungalow. It offers a fully-equipped kitchen, a comfy double bed, a sofa bed, a satellite TV and Internet access. Also, there is a large shower, which can sleep 4 guests.
