Sea View Villa with breathtaking views is a high quality property offering its guests peace and tranquillity. Located in a prime elevated position, nestled upon a tranquil olive grove covered hillside, boasting spectacular views across the bay & resort of Tsilivi and out to sea with views of Kefalonia to the North together with the Zakynthos mountain range also in the distance.
Sea View is comfortably furnished throughout, offering spacious living quarters. Patio doors lead out from living room area to a private secluded swimming pool, ideal for families and couples, providing everything you would require for the perfect holiday.
The nearby Balcony Restaurant & a wide selection of bars, tavernas and the wonderful long sandy beach of Tsilivi can be found just a short walk down the hill.
Only 0.5km from the beach where you can indulge in a number of water sports, fishing, sunbathing or swimming in the beautiful warm clear waters of the Ionian sea.
There are a number of excursions and trips available from the resort around the island and to neighbouring islands, Smugglers Wreck, Blue Caves, Kefalonia, Olympia, trip to Athens to name a few.
The villa comfortably accommodates 6 people, with 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large living room with open plan kitchen and dining room fully fitted with all appliances. The villa is fully air conditioned, has TV and DVD player. Outdoors there is private pool 4x2 metres, ground floor terrace and upper balcony with panoramic views both by day and also by night.
On arrival guests are provide with a complimentary Welcome Pack providing a "starter off" basket with tea, coffee, milk, toast, butter, jam, cheese, tomatoes, eggs, juice, water, beer & wine.

The villa was in an ideal location, just a short walk to the beach and into Tsilivi itself. The villa was spacious and provided everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was lovely and a perfect size! My only one area of improvement would have been the WiFi, which was very intermittent at times. Overall a lovely stay and I would 100% come back!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the Sea View Villa. We were within walking distance to most amenities and the beach. The villa itself was safe and secure for my 2 year old, and very cosy and warm. We would definitely stay here again. Contact with Mary the owner when needed before we left was excellent. She really put me at ease with a few queries I had.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this quite magnificent villa that helped provide us with one of the most enjoyable and, importantly, relaxing holidays we have ever experienced. On arrival (Sun 5th August, 2012), we were absolutely blown away by the quality of all aspects. It was immaculately clean, incredibly spacious and it is clear that much thought has gone into providing you with many home from home comforts and much, much more. The temperature during our stay was averaging 36 C so the pool was an absolute godsend as was the much needed air conditioning! As this was our first do it yourself holiday where we booked everything ourselves (villa, flights, transfers, car hire etc..) on the internet, it was very re-assuring to know that Lisa, maintenance manager, was always only a phone call away. This was to prove invaluable when we stupidly manged to lock ourselves out one night and, within 5 minutes of our SOS call, Lisa arrived with her spare key. Mike, the pool man is also a gem and very knowledgeable of the whole Island. We took his advice when planning a trip to the Blue Caves and it was well worth it! Needless to say, we would certainly recommend this villa and will definitely consider returning.

Excellant holiday the villa has everything you need,lovely veiws from pool and balconys. If you have to get in contact with the property management they are very prompt coming tosee you. We even got a lift up the hill from lisa when coming back from the shops. The only down side is walking up and down the hill it can be dangerouse with the traffic.But overall great holiday.

Great location - at the top of the hill overlooking Tsilivi beach. An easy walk to lots of restaurants and only €6 taxi back if you can’t face the walk! Balcony Bar is beautiful - 100 yards away. Nice private pool and area to lounge in the sun. Aircon throughout. The villa exceeded our expectations.

Everything you need for a great holiday Sea View villa is perfect. We were nervous the photos might disguise the reality but needn’t have worried. It’s big, in a quiet location (for Greece) has every amenity, walking distance to the beach and fantastic views. The highlights were a visit to the Balcony Hotel 1 min away for our anniversary meal and an evening bbq in the Villa (equipment provided) under the setting sun. If you like Greece - and dining out at £20 per head, who wouldn’t - this place is hard to beat. I’s a short walk centre of the resort of Tsilivi, but for that you get peace and quiet with a view.
Fantastic Villa Great View Great Location We had a great holiday in your villa and we loved the beach and the town. It was a perfect location and we would definitely recommend it. We were really glad the villa offered the air conditioning it was very hot! The pool got lots of use and we met the great pool man Costas, he was very friendly. The town had plenty of bars and restaurants and all served great food and very reasonably priced. Thank you for helping us out with our last day arrangements. We really appreciated the extra time at the villa and not having to dash off. Thank you to Simone for helping us with our excursions, she gave us the courage to take the local bus to Zakynthos town and we really enjoyed our trips. Kind Regards Rachel
