Ideales Resort and villa Litorina is build with great care. It combines luxuries with great location and magnificent sea view and Mountain View. It is ideally located in southwest Kefalonia for short excursions around the beautiful sites and beaches of the island. Only 10 min. from Argostoli (the capital) and 10km from the airport.

This villa is situated in two levels. The entrance to the villa is from the upper level. On this level there is an open space living-dining area and the kitchen. The kitchen accesses a side terrace, with a private pool, a pergola-shaded sitting area and a built-in BBQ, ideal for outdoor dining.

From the dining room area a sliding door opens onto a balcony with an outdoor table and chairs and panoramic mountain and sea view. A marble staircase leads to the lower floor and the downstairs double bedrooms.
One of the bedrooms features a walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. There is an extra bathroom on the lower floor. Both bedrooms have access to the garden and a patio.
