This villa is built on three levels. The middle floor is at ground level. The entrance of the villa is on the middle floor and it leads to a living area with comfortable seating and a corner study, a double bedroom (with a built-in wardrobe) and a family bathroom. The living area and the bedroom access a wrap-around balcony with breathtaking view. The balcony offers an outdoor sitting area with loungers.

A set of stairs leads to the upper floor/loft area, where a second bedroom is located. A second bathroom serves this room. A marble staircase from the main hall leads to the downstairs main living space of the villa. This floor consists of an open plan living and dining area and a kitchen.
A third bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on this floor. This bedroom directly accesses the pool area.
Another bathroom is accessible just off the living room.

The modern open-plan kitchen accesses an outdoor shaded dining/sitting area and the poolside. The outdoor dining/sitting area offers a wooden dining table and benches and 2 sofas.
