The property comprises of 2 buildings; the main villa and a guest house both with immediate access to the amazing Ai Helis beach below. The extensively landscaped gardens accentuate the villa’s stunning swimming pool with its stone-built sun beds and the fully equipped BBQ and outdoor kitchen kiosk with stone-built artistic dining table.
On the 2-nd frloor The Master bedroom comes with study room (where you can also find a twin sofa bed), bathroom and a terrace with spectacular sea views of Ai Helis with crystal clear water. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bathroom and leads also to a veranda with an amazing view. The 3-d bedroom on the first floor has a double bed. Also downsrairs there is 1 w/c, shower , fully equipped kitchen and big living-room.
The Guest House/Annexe has an open plan living/dining area, with 2 sofa beds ,kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor.
On the 1st floor you will find a master bedroom and a w/c.
This villa enjoys stunning sunsets.
