Overview
In the beautiful , serene and natural environment, with olive trees, Cypress trees, banana and pine trees, and bougainvilleas, a mere 200metres from the sea, we have created an additional four new independent luxurious villas to complement the existing Alegria Villas Complex. They have private swimming pools, wifi, BBQ, playground, and are of extremely superior standards. They have been built of stone and designed in traditional Zakynthian architecture, but with hi tech amenities.
They have their own swimming pools, parking and private gardens measuring approximately 800 meters which have barbecues and children play ground. The main living area has one double bedroom, living room (Can sleep 1 guest), with fireplace and satellite television, bathroom, kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and all other necessary electrical equipment. They also have attics which is basically a cozy sleeping area for three people , there is air conditioning, WiFi AND TV..
The use of local traditional materials such as stone, timber, bricks and other ecological materials produced on the island and also the exquisite interior decoration has been successful in creating an extremely relaxing haven.
From the verandas the view is also exquisite. Olive groves, the never-ending Ionian Sea and last but not least, the sands that host the famous Caretta-Caretta turtles. Alternatively there is,of course, your own personal swimming pool and garden.
Our private villas "Irida", "Melissanthi", "Olivia" and "Daphne" have been designed to meet all the demands, necessities and requirements of a family - comfort, relaxation and privacy!!!

Allegria villas indeed exceeded all expectation. We stayed at the 2 bedroom villa and everything was perfect. The bathroom was clean and new. The villa had very nice design as well as everything you migh need during vacation including for example pool towels and cork screwer. There was a great beach is 3 minutes walking distance and also nice restaurants in the area. Lia gave us a long lists of different recommendations (beaches, restaurants, shops, places to visit) anв everything that we tried was great.
From start to finish the hosts were excellent and go out of their way to ensure your holiday is perfect. The villas are set in a little piece of heaven, everything is imaculate from inside to the gardens and pool. The location is brilliant, close enough to some excellent beaches, shops and tavernas. Book it, you will not be disappointed.
Wat hebben wij genoten van deze prachtige locatie. Mooie aankleding, fijne bedden, schone accomodatie, super fijne mensen die je verblijf heel aangenaam willen maken. Wij hebben het heel fijn gehad. We hadden graag wat langer willen blijven.
