Villa Miramar In Paros

In general, the area includes some of the most well-known beaches of Paros in maximum 10 minutes driving distance like Xrisi Akti, Punda, Drios, Lolantonis and Faragkas. In the same area you can find the picturesque villages of Aliki, Drios, Piso Livadi, Marpissa. Concerning the two main villages of Paros, Parikia is 20 km away and Naousa 19 km away.

Drios is located 25 kilometers from Parikia and it has a long history. During the ancient times it was Paros' port because there was water to supply the battleships and the merchant ships with. You can still see the parallel grooves, which were carved by the ships that were dragged out of the sea. According to another version, the grooves were made by the wheeled wagons, in which they used to transport the Parian marble to load it on ships. Here, you will find beautiful taverns on the beach and a market area where you can find anything necessary.

Entering the 295 sq.m. Main House, guests are welcomed to a spacious living room area with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a satellite TV and a hi-fi. On the same floor, there is an indoor dining area and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. Going up a few steps you will find the first bathroom and bedroom. This bedroom has a built double bed and a built single bed. It also has a direct access to the outdoor area. A few more steps and you enter the large master bedroom with queen double bed, ensuite bathroom with both shower and bathtub and a private balcony with sea views. Going to the final level of the house, you can find two more bedrooms. The first has two single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower. The second has a double bed, a single bed, ensuite bathroom and private balcony with sea views. All areas are equipped with air condition. In total the main house can accommodate up to 10 people.

The Guest House right below the main villa is 90 sq.meters. It has two bedrooms and two entrances so that its bedroom can be independent. Here you can find a living room, a kitchenette, two double beds and two bathrooms. In very special occasions we can accept to transform the sofas in both rooms into beds so as to add more people. This house is also fully equipped and has direct access to the same outdoor area! In total the Guest House can accommodate up to 4 people. In total, Villa Miramar can accommodate 14 people!

The villa also features a big outdoor area where you can find a lounge sea view area, a barbeque area and the dining area with views over the richly planned garden. In the center of this area, is situated the private pool (12m. x 4m.) with fresh water and attached is the jacuzzi. Finally, at the left side of the villa are situated the parking slots.

This villa targets guests who wish to vacate in style and comfort as well as those who will appreciate its proximity to the islands staggering beaches, the tranquility of the area and its amazing views.
