Distribution:

· Ground floor: a separate fully equipped apartment for 4 people: kitchen, dining room, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a living room; in the living room there are 2 convertible sofas; also at the ground floor there is a second bedroom with living room, accommodating 3 people (2 single beds and 1 sofa bed, private bathroom with shower) and a desk

· 1st floor: large open-space area with an ultra-equipped kitchen, dining area and living area with modern sofas.

· 2nd floor: 3 spacious bedrooms; one of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom; the other 2 bedrooms share another bathroom; they accommodate 6 people.

Indoor amenities:
All windows and doors have electric security shutters and shading screens. There are mosquito nets on all windows. Features include security doors, an alarm, air conditioning in all rooms and free Wi-Fi. Linens, towels, complimentary toiletries and hairdryers are provided.

· Ground floor: TVs and DVD players in the living rooms and bedroom.

· 1st floor: TV, DVD player, telephone and a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, elegant dinnerware and glasses.

· 2nd floor: Each bedroom has a double bed, spacious wardrobe, chair, mirror, desk, TV, DVD player and a safe.

Outdoor amenities:
A particular advantage of the villa is the large terrace with dining table and sofas, with magnificent views of the green hills of Lefkada and the blue waters of the Ionian Sea.

The villa is surrounded by large paved areas and colourful gardens and offers a large and private swimming pool area, where the residents can enjoy swimming and relaxing using the unique whirlpool feature, sunbathing on comfortable chairs and gazing at the magnificent sea views.

There is also a large stone-built barbecue and private parking spaces.

The apartments share 2 swimming pools and another one for children. All of them have a beautiful sea view. Special attention has been given to the privacy and to the quality of sleep.

The nearest beach is only 200 m down the road and offers plenty of water-sports. There are more organized beaches around, but the best way to enjoy Lefkada is to have a car and drive to the best beaches!

There is a fish tavern only 150 m from the resort and there are plenty of beach bars, coffee shops and restaurants around.

There is free parking on-site, no reservation needed.
