The house is part of a project of modern Greek-style houses. Located only 300 meter from the beach and on walking distance of everything you need for a nice holidays and a comfortable stay. Build on 9000 sqm, the semi-detached houses surround a 125 sqm swimming pool, which is filled up from 01 of April until the end of October
There is air conditioning on the ground floor & bedrooms. There are patios in the front and on the back of the house and the rest of the land is green grass and some olive trees with mountain view. Kolymbia is located 20 minutes from Rhodes Town, and is only four minutes from the village of Afandou with its many facilities and an 18-hole golf course. It is a 2-floor cosy furnished, new house.
A spacious living room, dining, kitchen on the ground floor, with big window doors which you can open to enter your back patio. This patio is connected with the swimming pool. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The house is brand new with all its comfort. The wooden ceilings and the furniture make it a cosy and pleasant place to stay.
There is a private Jacuzzi in your garden.

We, a group of 4 friends, had a very pleasant stay at the villa. The house was perfectly equipped with everything one would need during holidays. The host, Elias, is very friendly, responded quickly and was always helpful. The jacuzzi was our highlight of the villa - just a perfect spot to end a beach day. Very much recommended!
