claudialT4778HH Lovely and perfect! Left on Dec 12, 2019 for a stay in Nov 2019 We had the pleasure to stay at Driftwood villa from the 23rd of November until the 29th. What a wonderful week!!!! Driftwood is a wooden eco-villa with unique decoration, all natural materials and fully equipped with anything you may need. The garden is an oasis of zen, with a view to the sea and a lovely swimming pool surrounded by olive trees and aromatic plants. Our days begun with a delicious breakfast, delivered at the time of our choice, with the most amazing, tasty organic local products. We spent the rest of the day touring the island, and what a wonderful island it is!! picturesque beaches, a majestic mountain and a couple of ancient castles that you must see. The cocomat bed made our nights a comfortable and relaxing experience after a romantic dinner under the impressive wooden chandeliers. The relaxation peaked with some amazing alternative treatments from Maria (one of the owners)- you have to try them! No need to say that we are returning in the summer, we definitely want to have a summery taste from this piece of paradise!!!

Tracy L Amazing chilled out holiday at Driftwood Villas Kefalonia Left on Jul 28, 2019 for a stay in Jul 2019 I have been travelling to Kefalonia for many years and St Thomas is my favourite part of the island. This year we decided to stay at Driftwood Villas and it made our holiday even more special. Maria and Dennis made my boys and I very welcome and the villa is so well maintained and clean. It was quite apparent that lots of time and thought had been given to the villa and necessary essentials were available that are usually forgotten about in a rental property. The villa is very spacious and the bed is unbelievably comfortable. I hasten to say I have already booked for next year and cannot wait to return. It is a quiet peaceful place to stay and within a short walking distance to a beach with breathtaking views and a beach bar. It’s simply perfect.

Everything in and outside is very well thought, huge attention to details, cleanliness and overall comfort. The garden is amazing. We spent so much time relaxing under the olive trees. The pool was perfectly clean and it’s such a pleasure to have it just a step away. Two amazing owners, Maria and Denis have taken full care of us sharing lots of insider’s information about the island, from how to find the hidden beaches and fish tavernas to where to shop organic food and ferryboat tips. Efharistopoli from us and can’t wait to come again!

Amazing driftwood decor. Happiness restaurant and Minimart near by. Maria and Dennis, the lovely owners, really want you to enjoy your stay. As our holiday was a last minute booking we had to move after a week. Dennis even took us to our next villa, to make sure we found it. Will certainly return to Driftwood.

Die Besitzer sind super freundlich, herzlich und um jeden Komfort bemüht. Sie sorgen für einen stets sauberen Pool, frische Wäsche und ein blitzblankes Haus. Das Haus selbst wirkt mit seinen fast 70qm und den hohen Decken großräumig und hell. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail haben die Besitzer es geschafft, einen fließenden Übergang von Natur außen zu Wohlgefühl innen zu schaffen. Naturmaterialen, Farben, die Meer und Strand widerspiegeln machen ein behagliches Wohngefühl. Bei Funktionalität wurde an alles gedacht und modernes Technik steht hier nicht im Widerspruch zur Natur. Wir wollten für immer hier bleiben - wie Adam und Eva im Paradies. Dankeschön für alles! Wir kommen wieder!

Driftwood Villas is outstanding in every way Left on Sep 20, 2017 for a stay in Sep 2017 If you are looking for a touch of luxury and decadence but at a great price this is the place for you Firstly the villa and pool Villa stylish and elegant yet homely and every mod con that you could wish for.Everything you need or could wish for is here Spacious villa with lots of well fitted modern gadgets The kitchen has all appliances including even a toasty maker and even ice prepared in the ice box Also a good hob /oven and extractor ,fridge freezer all crockery ,cutlery and glasses (even plastic glasses for the pool area) Bathroom has a massive walk in shower ,washing machine and loads of space ,fluffy towels and great smelling complimentary toiletries of a high standard Living area has a long sofa /tv /wifi that is fast and a good TV with lots of channels and also reading material from Adrian gill if you wish Dining area has a Good dining table and some really quirky stylish driftwood art pieces to finish the room The pool area has a great private pool and table and chairs seating /sun beds and very comfy lounger beds and a barbecue (even lighting fuel is there ) The villa is private (gated and fenced ) and very private for people who wish to sunbathe without people gawping at you The bedroom is a lovely size with a ooh so comfy bed and high plush pillows Plenty of wardrobe space with shelves etc Linen /towels etc are changed weekly and pool is cleaned twice Air conditioning is in every room/mosquito shutters in all windows of all the rooms Now for the 2 wonderful hosts Dennis and Maria really do go the extra mile and are in another league to anywhere I have stayed before The personal extra touches ,the recommendations and their in depth knowledge and eye for detail is brilliant They really do care and will make you feel welcome and can't do enough for you There was a lovely welcome pack on arrival for the things that you need or want as soon as you arrive This is by far the best and the most relaxing holiday for years and I will definitely go back next summer We have come away feeling that we have made 2 new friends and long may the success of Maria,Dennis and this haven of tranquility continue

The owners Maria and Dennis couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. We went for the breakfast option, lovely local bread, fruit, honey, cheeses and yoghurt, which Maria left discretely outside the front door at a time of our choosing. The place is beautifully furnished, with pieces of artwork and all the kitchen equiptment and mod-cons you could possibly need. It is a three minute walk to St Thomas beach, where you can swim from the rocks or the sandy beach. There is also a taverna and a fish restaurant here. Argostoli, which is the capital, is a 15 minute drive, and the location is also very convenient for visiting other parts of the island.
