Overview
The apartment is on the first floor of its building but it is completely independent from the ground floor, with a private entrance and exit. Apart of the high level of privacy, the house offers a great view to the sea on the north and to the mountains on the south. The view is available either from the inner of the apartment through the wide windows or from the balconies around the house.
The house is spacious and appropriate for companies of 8-9 persons or large families or 3-4 couples. It has 6 rooms: one living-room, one bathroom, one corridor and three bedrooms, including the attic. Outside the house, the guests can relax themselves on the balconies around the house and on the large back yard.
The neighborhood is very quiet. In fact, there is only one house around, in a distance of 30m, on the other side of the road next to our house.
The owner, working as a carpenter, is responsible for any wooden construction in the house. He is always eager to change, add or abstract objects in it if guests ask for it.
The house is situated in the middle of the northern coast of the island of Ikaria. The point is ideal for people who wish to realize excursion on the north side or around the island. The main road of Ikaria is 50m from the house. The nearest beach, Kerame, is about 200m from the house. The town and port of Evdilos(market, cafes, bars, restaurants) is only 1km away from the house. Also, at 600m from the house is the Health Center of the area.

We were 4 sharing the entire place...it was the most "value for money" Airbnb place I ever stayed at... And it could host even another 4 people... Stylianos brought us fruits a couple of times which was a nice gesture of him and also helped us "orientate"... The place near Evdilos is at a key point of the island. Everything is relatively close given you have a car. My favorite was the sound of the wave. Every single night(or early morning) going to sleep under that sound was priceless...
Superb view and balcony, calm neighborhood, nice hand-made woody items, fully equipepted appartment.
Stylianos' home is a very good place for hollidays with the family. The mountain is beautiful (with a little smelt of Corsica). There are many beaches for all the different ways of life. We had good fishing too. Stylianos has many attentions for their guess.

Staying at Styliano's place with a group of 7 friends of mine proved more comfortable and enjoyable than expected. The house felt safe at all times. The location is very good since it is a 5 minute ride to Evdilos and close to Armenistis and other areas nearby. There is also a small beach just a 5 minute walk from the house which is a enjoyable for a quick swim. There is also a pharmacy and a gas station just around the corner. The bedrooms and the bathroom were very clean, bed sheets and towels were provided to all of us upon arrival. Common areas such as kitchen could be cleaner but overall the place was clean enough for a holiday house. The balcony and the view were the house's highlights; we spent long mornings, afternoons and evenings sitting there. Stylianos was an excellent host; he was responsive from the very beginning, replied within minutes to our requests and was very helpful with the early check in. In a nutshell value for money, good location, clean house, excellent host. We had a great time and would sure return to Styliano's place.
We had a great time in Stylianos' house. The location is great (only 5 min from Evdilos) and the house is cozy, with a nice view. The place is big and can easily accommodate 8-9 people. Recommended for group of friends.

I speak Greek and English. It was two year ago when i started rennovating two of my properties, one at Kerame and the other one at Droutsoulas in order to rent them out to visitors of Ikaria.
