It is an impressive building with unique design, with elements from neoclassical architecture combined with modern lines. Greek marble, natural oak wook and glass are the materials that dominate. The Terra Verde Villa sleeps up to 8 persons. There is one master bedroom, one double and one twin room as well as a suite, which has a separate kitchen, living room and dining room.
Inside the Villa, there is a large luminus living room with stylish furniture, an energy fireplace and a 110 year old Carl Roenish piano. Moreover, there is a fully equipped, spacious kitchen and a separate dining room. In case someone wants to work with privacy, there is a separate office paneled with natural oak.There is an extra wc next to the living room area.

The location of The Mansion allows the visitor to enjoy a unique view from every corner of the villa. There is an unobstructed view of the Cretan Sea and panoramic view of the city of Heraklion. The visitor has the choice to rest on verandas and balconies of 350m² surrounding the villa.
