Overview
Our apartment consists of a bedroom ,a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower . There is an open plan living room with a sofa which can be converted to a double bed, a dining area and a kitchenette. The bedroom offers a double bed (160*200) and AC. There is also a spacious balcony with outdoor lounge furniture. it is the perfect space to unwind and enjoy the sea view with a glass of local wine.

Kato Gouves (or simply known as Gouves) is a popular holiday resort located 18km east of Heraklion, in the foothills of mount Ederi. In contrary to the neighboring crowded resorts Malia and Hersonissos, Gouves offers peaceful holidays, ideal for families with children and elderly people. Here you will find mostly families that enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches, close to all necessary facilities.
The beach of Gouves is very well organized with umbrellas, sunbeds, lifeguard, diving centers, water sports, showers, changing rooms, etc. The sea has fine sand and shallow water, but is open to the frequent north winds. Therefore, there are several small piers and small marinas nearby, where you can swim, protected by the waves. The coastal road of Gouves runs along the coast, making the detection of your favorite beach very easy! In the evening you can walk along this road and enjoy the sunset. There are also many cafes and restaurant on the road with spectacular sea view. Apart from these, on the main road of Gouves, you will find several super markets, shops, pharmacy, practice and ATMs.

Hôte très sympathique et à l’écoute. Très bien situé avec accès à la piscine, et tout ce dont on a besoin juste à côté. La ville est assez calme. L’appartement est grand et propre, la seule chose à redire serait le manque d’équipement dans la cuisine (pas de micro-onde, peu de vaisselle, pas beaucoup de place) donc difficile de cuisiner. La chambre est grande avec des rangements et la terrasse confortable (mais beaucoup de passage).
We had a very wam welcome - tasty olives, bread and olive - thank you. The apartment seems new and renovated. Beds are very comfortable, nice place to relax on the balcony. Very, very close to the sea and nice pool in the hotel next door that we could use. Recommend.
