Luxury villa kisses the sea in a quiet small gulf, built in 2005 in a field of 2000 sqm.Villa is a private property, fully furnished and tastefully decorated. Excellent sea view in front, excellent mountain view in back.This combination of sea and mountain gives a dry and very pleasure climate.
Ideal place for relaxing recharging all over the year. Imagine you can have your coffee outside during winter period. Ideal area for walking.
The sea is just 5 meters from front yard's limit. Front yard is 700 sqm with grass, rear yard is 500 sqm with grass, a well,barbeque facilities with dining place for more than twenty persons.
The whole area is with utmost beauty both in sea and mountain. Lot of activities are offered in a range of 30 minutes to one and a half hour driving.
Sea is 5 meters away, the snow (Parnassos mountain) is one hour and a half driving.
Oracle of Delphi ( the ancient monument) is only one hour driving. Many traditional sea villages and villages. are located both in seaside and the mountains.
Traditional resraurants and fish restaurants are in a walking distance.
