The attractive house MARY with a wonderful view 50 m2, 1 bedroom,1 bathroom, air-conditioned, Smart TV 42` ( Netflix), kitchen equipment, Living-room with a sofa, can be converted into a double bed, 300 m or 7 minutes away from Ai Helis beach.
Ideal for families or couples (2-4 persons).Τhe villas are situated on a very beautiful green place with lots of trees and grapevine around, close (~80m) to the sea, ~300m from the nearest beach Ai Helis (quiet and sandy) with a view on the Ionian Sea and mountains.

The swimming pool is located cliffside with a breathtaking view of the sea. There is a number of local restaurants & gift shops within walking distance.
A variety of sandy beaches, such as Avithos, Ammes and Minies, are all less than 1.5 km away. All the beaches are organized with sunbeds, umbrellas, beach bars.
