Villa Sunset is a brand new home built in 2015 in the Cycladic architectural style with all the modern luxuries desired. It is located only 5 minutes driving distance from the beautiful Alyki Village(800 meters of which is a country road inlands from the main road), which is surrounded with some of the island most famous beaches such as Farangas, Tripiti, PisoAliki, Agois Nicolas and Votacos.
With the renovation of the outdoor area that finished in 2023, this villa offers a large terrace with a private infinity pool, sun beds, barbeque, outdoor dining area with pergola and breathtaking panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and the nearby islands. The main level features a spacious living and dining room offering a glass patrician with an uninterrupted sea view. Three stairs up one can find a fully equipped kitchen featuring brand new appliances. The bedrooms of this villa are located on the next level down. It features three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second room has two separate twin beds and the third with one twin trundle bed. The master bedroom along with the room with two twin beds faces a magical sea view and the third faces a lush green hill. In total the villa can accommodate 6 people but we can add an extra bed if needed for maximum of 7 guests. The villa features two bathrooms, the main bathroom has a bathtub and the other has a shower. As an added conveyance the villa offers two private garage spaces.
The villa offers a spacious outdoor sitting area where you can enjoy the uninterrupted panoramic view and surrounding garden area filled with flowers and trees.
