Ground Floor : A large open plan living room with comfortable seating, flat screen satellite tv, dvd player and dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. All rooms have patio doors leading out to the terraces. There is also a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and patio doors.
First Floor : 2 Bedroom with King Size beds and ensuite shower rooms with patio doors to the balconies. There is also a twin bedroom which can also be made up as a king size bed if you prefer with ensuite shower room. All bedrooms have satellite tv and air conditioning.
Outside : Large infinity pool 10.5m X 5.0m. There is also a separate hot tub to enjoy with a drink taking in the beautiful views of the bay. A comfortable dining table and chairs. There is a bbq, electric grill and sink for creating those perfect alfesco summer time meals to enjoy with family and friends. The rest of the stunning garden is laid to lawn.
The villa is a 5 minute walk to the beach and the town of Sivota where you will find shops, bars and restaurants.
Twice weekly cleaning included.
