Netflix subscription is active for you to watch freely on any of the two TVs! Enjoy & experience your holidays in Athens in an authentic habitual area near bus and trolley stations, and 750 meters from the "Kato Patisia" metro station. The apt is on the 1st floor and so the use of stairs is a must. The area is full of shopping stores, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. Patision Avenue is only about 50 meters away.
Feel safe with a safe box capable of guarding your tablet or laptop (up to 15.6 inches). Extra safe feeling with the 1st aid kit and the fire extinguisher. The microwave oven (31 liters) has a grill function and a special accessory for steam cooking! Hot water is always available.
Air conditioning, wi-fi internet, and balconies on two sides of the apartment are available.
Also, a washing machine, a separate washing dryer, a steam iron, and a hairdryer are available for use.
Relax and sleep on the queen size bed! It's super comfortable!
Two more people (preferably children) can also sleep on the extendable sofa.

Such an awesome place. It looks as it is in the pictures and not exaggerating. Stavros in his apartment provides you with more than what you are needed. Close to the metro station which in return, is close to Athen’s downtown. If you are thinking about this apartment, don’t change your mind and you will not lose.
Beautiful, modern, very clean and warm apartment. In a central location, a quiet neighborhood of Athens. The host had planned everything and we had a perfect weekend. I highly recommend. Thank you very much and we will prefer it again!
