Villa Vip , a brand new 4 bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, offering privacy , amazing sea and sunset views located in Tersanas , Chania , Crete.
This luxurious villa which accommodates up to 10 guests has been designed with three things in mind: luxury, privacy and enjoying the unique location... as it is one of the very few villas of the area to be in the first row of the sea. From the quality of the construction to the interior design and furniture, no compromise has been made! VIP villa is clearly an ideal retreat for a demanding clientele while it has primarily been designed as the lifetime dream of its owner and not as a rental estate.
The main entrance of the house leads to the upper floor. There are three master bedrooms on that level, one with a walk-in wardrobe and a bathtub in the center of the room and the other two with walk-in showers.
There is also living room with two sofa beds which can convert into a bedroom by sliding doors -if required by the guests . An extra bathroom with a bathtub and a shower is also on this floor. All bedrooms have access to balconies with steps leading down to the pool area.
On the lower floor/pool lever is a minimalistic and modernly decorated living area, an open plan fully fitted kitchen and a dining area all with amazing sea views. One more double bedroom en suite with a walk-in shower is also here. Finally, there is guest toilet and a store room with a washing machine. From this level you have access to the swimming pool and terraces.
