Overview

This holiday accommodation (exclusively for adults), is situated in a beautiful, lush, hilly environment where you can indulge in activities such as cycling, golfing, hiking, and much more. Peyrelevade is located between the charming villages of Sauveterre-la-Lémance and Villefranche du Perigord, on the border of the Dordogne and Lot-et-Garonne departments.

Our destination is ideal for active vacationers who wish to explore and unwind while also savoring the excellent restaurants in the vicinity, our wellness offerings, or simply the tranquility and serenity on our terrace by the pool, under the shade of the weeping willow or the ash tree. Le Tournesol is a comfortable gite, 55 m2, sleeps 4 and is on two levels. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, which has a large walk-in shower. One bedroom has a king-size double bed and the other has twin beds that can be converted into a queen-size double bed. Downstairs, there is a spacious living room with a kitchen/dining area. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. French windows lead to a terrace, on which you will find a barbecue and furniture for open-air dining. The swimming pool for Le Tournesol, shared with one other gite, can be seen from the terrace where you can sit in the shade of an old willow tree. There is a tv, with a google chrome stick, and there is also (free) wireless connection to the internet.

Ruud And Arna

Private Owner From Sauveterre La Lemance, France Member since Nov 2024

We, Ruud and Arna, are a couple in our sixties and own this small estate since 2007. We fell in love with this region for its tranquility, space and pure air. Still, there is lots to see and do. Restaurants, vinyards, castles and other historical landmarks, rugby (Ruud) and yoga (Arna). Going out to explore everything our area has to offer and return to sit in the sun or shade with a good book and a glass of wine.... Bliss!!
