This house was originally owned by my wife's (Annick) father. He passed ownership to Annick back in 1983 when we substantially modernised the house. Further improvements were made since then - full central heating and two upstairs bedrooms and a shower room. We spent most of our summers in the house when our two boys were growing up and they loved staying there and visiting the nearby beaches and pine forests for picnic lunches. The house is very comfortable year round thanks to the thick stone walls which keep it cool in summer and warm in winter.
