Welcome to people who are looking for calm and relaxing , this house will offer you spacious and comfortable accommodation where you can enjoy the charm and the peacefulness of a nice village, in the middle of vineyards and garrigue in the region of Carcassonne and Limoux.
High standard equipment and modern furnishing, the house was recently built and offers all modern comfort you would expect, teak furniture and stylish decor.
On the ground floor, large modern kitchen fully furnished and equipped, large dining room and living room with bay windows facing south with views over garden, vineyards and garrigue. You will enjoy having your breakfast or dining in the south terrace in front of vineyards facing the Pyrenees mountain.
Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms including a large master suite with more than 35m2 consist of a dress room and a large bathroom including shower and bath.
Second bedroom with bath and dressing. A third bedroom with dressing.
We take particular care in furniture, bedding is new and will ensure good nights !

An immaculately presented property with all the comforts of home and more besides. A tranquil location at the end of a village overlooking vineyards, though only a short stroll to a main line train station where you can be whisked into Carcassonne for the cost of one Euro! Although close to the station we never heard the trains. The village has a small cafe/restaurant/bar adjoining a small general store where fresh bread and vegetables can be purchased along with a small selection of household items. The house has generously proportioned rooms and is well suited to family holidays with its three double bedrooms with ample storage space.
Although we did not meet the owner, his Sister and her husband live next door and manage the property for him. Monique and Philippe are on hand to help and assist you in getting the maximum enjoyment out of your stay but will not intrude on your privacy.
The property has everything you need including all mod cons and it is well maintained, clean and loved.
With regard to the location, the property is ideally situated to explore the Cathar region with Carcassonne being just a short drive away. The countryside is beautiful and it is a pleasure to drive around the area. There is so much to offer the holiday maker. History in abundance with many Chateaus, Castles, churches, beautiful countryside in which to drive, walk, or cycle. A well equipped modern house with good size garden. Slide and swings for the children and a securely locked and alarmed pool for the exclusive use of the property. We spent many afternoons and early evenings reading by the pool in the peaceful setting. A truly relaxing and enjoyable time. This really is a little gem.

The Mediterranean is one hour away with it's beautiful beaches, fishing villages, and golf courses. The hiking and bicycling trips through the winefields and hillsides are outstanding. The fishing, swimming and kayaking is terrific throughout the region. The Spanish Border 2-hours.. the principality of Andora is an hour and half away, with skiing and winter sports areas
