Villa Oceane

We had a very nice time thank you. The villa was lovely, spacious and comfortable, the swimming pool was perfect. The owners were very hospitable, helpful and kind. You have been excellent also. Many thanks for everything.

I don’t normally write reviews but after spending two weeks at Villa Oceane I’m writing this one. Villa was fantastic plenty of room and very well equipped, same as the pool large enough to play games in and nice to cool off in the heat. Air conditioning very good and a blessing due to the heat all said we had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Owner’s great showed us round Villa and explained everything to me and didn’t need him during holiday but knew he would be there if required. Bakery short walk and very good place reasonably priced as well, all restaurants were good cater for all tastes. Christophe at Select Villas was also great from the booking to end of holiday. I told Christophe holiday was for my 60th birthday there was a card and bottle of champagne on arrival nice touch. I definitely recommend this Villa to anyone . Nice and Monaco fantastic need to visit.

The villa was fantastic. The photos do NOT do it justice!! Loved it and will probably return.

We all had a wonderful stay at the villa. No complaints, it really was perfect. There wasn’t anything we thought missing, it had everything. It was beautiful, clean and a great location. I don’t think the photos online do it justice. The owners were also so accommodating and it was good to know they were around if we needed them. Would definitely go back and thank you for all your help.

The villa was stunning, exactly like the photos, which honestly doesn’t always happen! We couldn’t fault anything, it was beautiful, the pool was lovely and clean, and much needed as we got lovely weather. Kevin was our contact and he was lovely. If all your villas are like this we’ll be booking with you again. It’s also nice to speak to someone instead of the normal no contact websites. So from start to finish I’d recommend you and your company without hesitation.

We have just returned from a perfect stay in this villa. We were a family of 7. The owners are very lovely and helpful people. We requested cushions for the sunbeds around the pool as they were hard to lay on and became very hot in the sun and the owners bought some for us the next day. The villa location is great, no car is needed as there are many restaurants, supermarkets, shops and the marina within a 15 minute walk. The villa is very well designed, 4 good sized bedrooms, all with bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this villa and will be booking it again.

We arrived safely home thank you and without any of the delays we experienced on our outward trip! M and Mme Soriano were extremely accommodating and waited for our later than expected arrival time. In fact they are a lovely couple and great hosts who are so easy to contact and deal with. We had a slight problem (and this was the only problem throughout stay) with one of the bedroom shutters, M Soriano arrived to rectify the issue within 10 minutes of my telephone call! That’s what I call service. The villa itself although not in what I would call a tranquil area is certainly is a very convenient location and suited us well. The slight noise from the road was not issue at all. The villa is wonderful, exceptionally clean, spacious and stocked with every piece of equipment you could wish for. The bathrooms are very highly appointed, we especially loved that they were all en-suite. The outside area is lovely, the terrace perfect for our meals. The pool is an excellent size and was very well maintained. If I had to make one small suggestion it would be that the sun loungers had cushions on them, it would just make sunbathing a bit more comfortable. Finally I have found your service excellent too. Your swift response time is to be admired and the amount of information you provided regarding directions etc etc was a huge bonus. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending you and this villa to my friends and family.

Family holiday, so this was a great location – close to Nice, Antibes, Cannes and walking distant to Villeneuve-Loubet and the beach! Good bakery close by and small food shops. Close to motorway and main routes too. Fabulous house with modern amenities, air conditioning and a gorgeous kitchen. It is close to a main, busy road but you don’t hear it in the house and its background noise when you are outside. Has a TV & satellite but we didn’t use it!! The bedrooms are well equipped and beautifully presented. The bathrooms too – modern showers that are a treat to use. The pool is just great. It has several steps in, a shallow area and then a deeper part. It’s large enough for games and swimming. The pool area is well equipped although we’d have liked some cushions for the loungers. There is a lovely modern rattan seat with built in shade which is perfect for lounging around on! It’s ok for disabled guests. Not perfect for wheelchair users though as a step from parking area to pool & gravel which is hell for wheelchair wheels!! The downstairs bedroom/bathroom isn’t big enough for a wheelchair plus the fantastic shower (and it really is a lovely shower) has a narrow entrance so unable to be used in our case. Not a problem though as there is an outside shower by the pool. And if you aren’t a wheelchair user then probably fine! We don’t often go back to the same property but we’d consider this one as it was pretty perfect and the owners very helpful. Had a fabulous holiday in this house!! Oh, and the views are good too – you can see the sun set/sunrise and the sea!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the Villa Oceane. The owners were really helpful, as when we arrived to leave our luggage at 1pm as we had arranged, they had the villa fully cleaned and ready for us! We really appreciated this and thank you for your help with liaising with the owners about this. The villa was very comfortable and absolutely spotlessly clean. It was really great that we could walk to restaurants and shops without having to use the car all the time. We also felt it was in a great location for visiting many places in the area by car or train. Overall there have been no negatives about the property, the area or the service provided by yourself and the owners. We wouldn’t hesitate about booking with Select Villas in the future.

This is a real find! The villa itself is very spacious with all modern facilities and it was so cleaned on arrival. The owners are lovely and welcoming which made for a great start to our holiday. The fact that all bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms, TV and air conditioning was a real treat. Our eyes lit up when we walked in the large living room which is very bright and a fantastic place to entertain the family. The kitchen is very modern and very well equipped. We enjoyed spending time on the main terrace which overlooks the pool and made it very easy to keep an eye on the children whilst they were in the pool. The first floor balconies are also super for enjoying a morning coffee with croissant! The views of the Marina is also quite impressive from the first floor by day or at night. There is a very handy bakery just 100m away and the beach, restaurants and bars are easily accessible, it took us a few minutes to walk there whenever we didn’t feel like cooking. The outdoor area is very pleasant especially when sunlounging by the pool or when seeking a little shade under the olive tree. The artificial grass was also surprisingly pleasant to walk on. We spent most of our time at the property but also enjoying discovering the nearby villages and especially St Paul de Vence which is a beautiful perched village. We also ventured in Nice which has changed a lot in recent years and we really enjoyed doing a bit of shopping there and had a lovely walk on the Promenade des Anglais. Overall we had a fantastic stay at villa Oceane and we can highly recommend the property. We may well return next year!

Spectacular villa! We stayed in this beautiful and ultra modern villa for a week at the end of August. The villa is very light, airy and spacious with wonderful attention to detail in its furnishings. The pool is lovely and the outside eating and lounging area superb. The owners who are an absolutely charming couple made us feel very welcome and attended to our every need. It is also close to the town of Villeneuve Loubet and so we were able to walk to the bakery in the mornings and the drive to the supermarket was at most a couple of minutes.

We are just back from a great holiday. Jean, the owner could not have been more helpful. Super guy and very, very impressive accommodation… I would not hesitate to recommend it.

When we arrived we were met by the owners. They were excellent, friendly and showed us around their house. The house itself was fantastic, it was finished superbly and was great for our large party. The pool was excellent and we used it every day,the kids loved being in it and the gardens were well kept and obviously Mr Soriano’s pride and joy, the table tennis was well used also. The beach was a 10 min walk and the supermarket and bakery was 5 mins walk away. The drive from Nice was easy it took less than 20 mins and the train station was 10 mins walk. Golf and treetop parks were a short drive away. I would recommend this villa and will return in the future.
