A beautiful 300 year old converted coach house in the heart of the Languedoc area of the South of France. The villa is surrounded by fields of sunflowers and wheat, perfectly quiet and tranquil.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious and well equipped kitchen and dining room which leads out to the covered dining terrace with table and chairs to enjoy perfect meals outside with family and friends. There is also 2 comfortable living rooms and open fireplace and TV. There is also a utility room with washing machine, dryer and fridge freezer. There is also a well equipped games room with Table Football, table Tennis, Pool Table, Darts, books and games and a TV. In the games room you will find 3 extra single beds ideal for young adults. There is also a separate toilet.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, a double and a twin. these bedrooms share a shower room and a separate bathroom.
On the first floor you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms, a double, a twin and the master double with ensuite bathroom. There is also a large family bathroom on this floor.
Outside there is stunning gardens and a large swimming pool 5 x 10. there is a large terrace with comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, brick built barbecue and hot tub.
Our Opinion - A Beautiful large villa in a peaceful, tranquil setting to enjoy memorable holidays with family and friends.
