Overview
Art Nouveau masterpiece, « belle epoque » decorated outside and inside, located in a small beautiful street not far from the river Seine , grand parks , several pools ( outside and inside ) , metro (RER) and train station. Five min walk to the city centre with all shops. Picturesque area beloved by the impressionists who organized here their weekly meetings. nice place to walk around.
The house is from the end of 19century but it is equipped with some of last technologies : fiber optical internet , hi tech water filtering , air management , heating , AC ventilation …Systems.
On the ground floor there is a small independent apartment with a bedroom a veranda with meeting table and bathroom.There is also a tech room with a washer and a dryer . On the 1st floor a living room with an alcove with a double bed. On the 2nd flood 3 bedrooms (2 double , 1 small single) and a bathroom . On the 3rd floor 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom and on the 4th floor , in the attic 2 double mattresses. In 4 bedrooms the beds can be linked to make double beds or separated to make 2 single beds.

Engineer in robotics , 3rd cycle (PhD) in AI, I love music ( both classic and rock) , Art ( Gothic and Art nouveau) have 6 kids and live in the south of France ( kind of dry paradise ). I like this house because of its soul , history , architecture, location in the middle of a small town surrounded by the nature ( river , forests not far ..) but very near the city centre and the centre of Paris.
