Inside: 2 rooms with a queen bed and 2 other with a double bed, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and bathtub), a kitchen open to the living room and dining room . BED LINEN ARE PROVIDED BUT NOT BATH AND POOL TOWELS.

Outside: a pool of 40 m2 in a green setting with 8 chairs, a table tennis table, a petanque (boules made available), a covered terrace with barbecue.

The house, fully air conditioned, is located on a plot of 3000 m2, not overlooked, allowing to spend a relaxing stay.

For recreation, tours, everything is possible in the area, you will be spoiled for choice! Besides his campaign and rivers convenient for walks, caves and sinkholes inviting exploration, Perigord Black will offer its unique historical heritage with its preserved architecture as can be admired in Terrasson, Montignac, Sarlat, and its thousand castles, gardens, churches, abbeys and priories.

The Black Périgord is also rich in prehistoric heritage of international renown. The Vézère Valley, nicknamed 'the Human valley', is home to an exceptional concentration of five major prehistoric sites which are listed as World Heritage by UNESCO.
