The open plan living area consists of a lounge, fully-equipped kitchen with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and plenty of storage cupboards. Just off this is the utility area which houses a large fridge-freezer, washer and dryer and from this, access to the downstairs toilet.
Beyond the utility area is the dayroom/office with single daybed.
The old staircase leads up to a family room with a king-size bed, bunk beds and space for a cot. There is also a shower and toilet plus hanging rail and drawers.
From the open plan ground floor another staircase leads to the open landing and main upstairs bedroom area.
A large double bedroom with king size bed, drawers, and built-in wardrobe.
A large double bedroom with king-sized bed and single bed.
A smaller double bedroom – with drawers and hanging rail.
A bunk room with drawers. This room also has a toddler bed.
Bathroom – bath with shower attachment, washbasin and W.C.

The large covered terrace runs most of the length of the house and leads onto a large grassed area. The terrace has a built-in barbecue and large table and chairs for outdoor dining.
To the side of the garden is a heated 10 x 5 metre swimming pool with safety cover
At the back of the house is a large parking area
There are chairs & sun-loungers for your use.
