Wonderful place to spend your holiday 10 Liked · The villa is amazing, it has all you may need during your stay. The place really exceeded my expectations, the location is wonderful with no neighbours around you, the villa, barbecue area and the pool are all sparkling clean and have all the necessary accessories, the house Is very spacious including the huge bedrooms with each one having its own wardrobe and bathroom. The owner is super helpful and every time ensures that you are enjoying yourself and don't need any additional stuff. Thank you Mr. Tasos for the amazing opportunity to spend our holidays at your place, we will definitely book again in the future. Disliked · Wish our stay would be longer

Exceptional 10 One of our best excursions !! The house is excellent, Mr. Tasos is one of the best owners I have ever met. The house provides all the comforts for a carefree vacation !! Rarely you meet owners like Mr. Tassos willing to help with whatever we needed. Very clean house, spacious, fully equipped to satisfy any kind of vacation. I highly recommend it !!

Amazing villa 10 Liked · Everything about the villa was amazing from start to end. Tasos the owner was incredible constantly going out of his way to ensure our stay was more than comfortable. Very good value for money, spacious inside and plenty of room outside. The villa had everything you could imagine to entertain not only adults but children too. We will definitely be visiting again. He helped to arrange transfers and taxis, making getting out and about from this more remote villa very easy. We chose not to hire a car as most of our outings involved drinking (we were attending a wedding) but if you are staying for longer I’d recommend having one. On arrival (late on our first day) Tasos has put a few essentials in the fridge ensuring we had what we needed before going the the local supermarket. This spacious villa was perfect for our large group (couples and singles) with large rooms all with en-suites and plenty of communal areas too. It would also suit two families traveling together . The kitchen has everything you could think of and more for all you daily needs, a water fountain and two fridges. The outdoor area was perfect! Plenty of loungers and games etc. The villa is quite remote which suited us! We partied all day and night with no worries about noise and at night you could hear a pin drop so sleeping was easy! Thank you Tasos for letting us stay at your beautiful villa !

A luxury villa set amidst citrus groves   5 of 5 We were 3 generations of the family - 6 adults & 4 children aged 2 to 5 - and we chose a holiday at Nayia Paradise to mark 40 years since we left Cyprus as well as 70th and 40th birthdays. Safety was a prime consideration for us and we asked Tasos to provide cots, stair gates and a bed guard. All were there when we arrived. We were particularly concerned with safety around the pool and chose this villa because the pool is very securely fenced. We were impressed by the many facilities provided including BBQ (choice of gas or charcoal), toys, astro turf play area, table tennis, huge patio, secure garden. There is an electric orange juicer in the kitchen with which we made fresh orange juice for breakfast using morning picked oranges from Tasos 's trees next to the villa. There are shady and sunny seating areas around the villa and magnificent views towards Paphos and the hills,. You can park a fleet of cars and, when we arrived Tasos's lovely roses were in full bloom. Tasos visited us several times during our 10 days to ensure that we had everything we needed even though this entailed a long trip from Limassol. We would recommend Nayia Paradise to anyone planning a large family holiday, or indeed for a group of friends - the sleeping accommodation conveniently splits into three separate suites all with bathrooms and showers. A beautiful spacious house 5 of 5 The property was just what we were looking for. Spacious and comfortable. Ideal for young children too. Peaceful location but not too remote. Well equipped. Tasos deserves a special mention for being very accessible and extremely helpful. Thank you for everything, we hope to return!

Nayia Paradise  5 of 5 The standard of the Villa and equipment level (e.g. 2 fridges 2 safes 7 A/C units, table tennis and pool table 10 lovely cushioned sunbeds and as many umbrellas, amazing BBQ area etc etc) was the best we have ever experienced after many many years of visiting Villas - including 8 visits within Coral Bay area of Cyprus for about 15 years. Tasos, the owner, was very helpful indeed from booking enquiries onwards. As advised by Owners Direct, it is always advisable to ring in person and speak to the owner as well as emailing. The standard of cleanliness was very high indeed and within a day the Villa felt like our own home. If only it was! Highly recommended you really will not be disappointed - even has central heating for the winter. Nothing is/was too much trouble for Tasos to sort out. Lighting in and around pool at night make for a wonderful Villa experience - even swimming/cooling down after a night out. Position in countryside with privacy and yet easy access to large and small supermarkets and bakeries as well as Peyia, Coral Bay and Kato Paphos - all within a short drive. Can't recommend it enough. We will return.

Awesome villa, fabulous holiday!  5 of 5 The photos do not do this villa justice. It is a fantastic villa for a large group or family. Where do you start ? Tasos, the owner is a lovely chap and so accommodating. He told me that the villa had everything that a family would need and he was right - it even had a popcorn maker! We were greeted by Tasos and he showed us around the villa and explained how everything worked. He also contacted me later in the week to check whether we needed anything. He was determined that we were going to have a beautiful holiday. The villa is in a quiet location but only a short drive from Coral Bay and Paphos. I actually think you could quite easily spend a whole week at the villa and only leave to get food from the supermarket. The pool is huge and the biggest we've stayed at. It is also very clean and stunning to look at both in the day and evening. There are 10 sun beds around the pool, all with the most comfortable covers you could imagine. There is also a brilliant gas barbecue with 4 burners that is ideal for a family and a big shaded area on the patio with a cracking shaded chill area. There's also table tennis and a pool table! Inside the house are 2 huge double bedrooms and 3 big twin rooms. All have either access to a balcony or the pool side and all have en-suites. A special note here, the patio doors have a bug screen which means you can leave the doors open to let the breeze in whilst keeping the pesky bugs at bay. The living area consists of a large seated area with leather chairs for relaxing in front of the television if you get time and a good sized kitchen with all the utensils (and more) that you could ever need - 2 fridges! Overall, this is a really cracking villa and I would recommend it to any family or large group. The owner is extremely helpful and a great ambassador for Cyprus. Paradise by name and by nature  5 of 5 This is our third visit to Nayia Paradise in two years, with a fourth trip booked for September this year! The villa is located in a definite rural location situated between the villages of Kissonegra and Tala. The villa is huge, with all five bedrooms having their own bathrooms/showers, and balcony or patio areas, all of which have large TV's and look out towards the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual essentials but includes two huge fridge freezers, (one for food and the other for the beers and BBQ food!!) a George Foreman grill, Popcorn maker and Juicer which was in full time use with us, turning the oranges from the orchard next door into juice! The huge pool is surrounded by a 'safety fence' making it child friendly, leading to a large patio area with more than enough sun beds, chairs and tables for everyone. The whole layout of the villa and grounds have been designed for relaxing and having fun, at the same time. There are three separate areas for eating ( one with 3 different types of BBQ's) and an area with a table tennis table, pool table and items of gym equipment for the more energetic! Tasos, the owner, is passionate about his villa and the guests requirements, often asking if there is anything he can provide to make the stay more enjoyable. We joked about having to blow up the airbeds and when we returned for our second time, we found a foot pump waiting for us.The villa, pool and patio areas are kept spotlessly clean, with ample rubbish bins located outside the villa and towels and clean sheets are replaced at least once a week. The location of the villa is ideal for families, or couples, wishing to just relax and and have peace and quiet, but due to the isolated location at least one car is essential and the location could be a problem for families with teenage children as the nearest 'night life' is in Coral Bay, approximately 10 minutes away by car, or Paphos town, about 20 minutes away. With most hotels in Paphos turning to 'All Inclusive', this villa is an ideal way of seeing the island AND enjoying the many shops and restaurants that the island has to offer.

A gem of a home from home.  5 of 5 We stayed here recently to celebrate some family birthdays. The villa is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The owner Tasos is easy to contact and is genuinely interested in his guests having an enjoyable holiday. In a quiet but not remote location, although a car is a must as nowhere is really within easy walking distance. Loads of space inside and out for a relaxing holiday. I hope to return.
