Review submitted by Allison from Hull (Submitted: 29/06/2023) ''Lemon Tree is a beautiful Villa in a quiet location, it has everything you would need to have an enjoyable stay. A real home from home. The location was perfect for us because we prefer a quiet location. It wasn’t far into Paphos and close to Coral Bay if you wanted a day at the beach or a tour around the local area. It was only a 10 minute walk and you could enjoy the restaurants and Taverna’s in the square. Tala square was lovely, we really enjoyed Martika’s Kitchen (Great for people like myself who eat a Gluten Free diet) Melitzia Taverna was also lovely both have amazing views on an evening but make sure you book. We also enjoyed Masasoura Tavern watching the children run through the water fountains. The little shop in the Village is very good and the staff are so friendly and helpful, they have a good selection of everything you will need. I couldn’t fault the service from LetsRentOnline.com you have been brilliant throughout. Steven kept in touch providing information on the property and things to do in the local area. Really good service thankyou The information booklet at the property was good and provided you with much of the information you needed. The details are on the wall behind the front door should you need to contact anyone. Simon the pool chap was very friendly and gave us some great advice about places to visit. Thank you for the great service you and your company have provided us with. '.

What a lovely villa in a nice setting in Tala that had lovely restaurants and bars at cheap prices compared to other tourist places that we tried. Your company was very helpful with all aspects of our booking; I was very impressed. Your pool maintainer Simon and his lovely wife Louise were very very helpful and most obliging ; nice people. We hope to return to Cyprus next year and Tala will most certainly be the place as we were so impressed. We have stayed in many places over the years in Cyprus and we both agreed that this area and villa are the best that we have stayed in. Kind regards , Stuart and Sheila. '.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your help, service and communication from enquiry, to booking, to now. It has been first class and I would have no hesitation to book with you guys again and also recommend you to others. We loved the villa. It was clean, spacious, well fitted and comfortable. The TV package was an added bonus. It was a quiet area, with good views Melitzia Taverna in Tala Square was fantastic with great food, service and excellent value for money. We also loved Anesi Restaurant which is further away on the road out of Coral Bay (we have been before when we stayed in Coral Bay hence why we knew about it). Steaks here are just divine and the owner George is a great bloke. In fact the owners of Melitzia and Anesi are in fact brothers!! Running great restaurants obviously runs in the family! Had no reason to communicate with the managers/owner as generally you only have to do that if you have an issue or problem - we had neither. We did speak to the pool cleaning guy, he was a nice bloke! Once again, many thanks Paul''.

The villa was described as “Luxurious” and it certainly fits this description. It looks almost brand new, very high spec and great pool. Brilliant location – we wanted a villa within walking distance to bars and restaurants and not too far from the beach. It’s ideal for both Our favourite restaurants in Tala were Melitza and Stamna. The Artemis Trail at Mt. Olympus is an easy 7km walk with nice views. The walk to the lighthouse from the castle in Paphos is nice (1.7km each way) Very satisfied with your service. From the initial enquiry, the service has been exceptional. Very prompt responses and lots of good information. We met the local managers whilst in Cyprus. They recommended placed to us Thank you and we enjoyed our holiday !!!!''.

We had a mid holiday linen change, the girls were lovely and cleaned and swept all the floors as well. Love the location, in a quiet area but only 5 mins walk from various places to eat and a couple of places to have a drink. Ate in all restaurants in Tala, all were lovely, but our favourite is Meliza's. Marios is a good bar for drinks, both in Tala square. Absolutely satisfied , have booked with you many times and wouldn't hesitate in the future. We had a fabulous holiday and hope to return in a few yearsy''.

The location of the villa was lovely, in a quiet private cul de sac, approximately 5 mins walk from the lovely square in the centre of Tala. There are some lovely traditional Cypriot restaurants in Tala Square with Melitza being our favourite, but we ate at all of them and wasn't disappointed. The service from let's rent online is exceptional, very helpful, responds very quickly and makes the process of booking very easy, safe and secure. It was exactly the type of accommodation and location that we were hoping for. Commenting specifically on your questions: The layout was perfect for our needs. The Location was Ideal for us, out of the main town but within a lovely village with good services (bars/shops/restaurants). Marios Bar and Stamna Tavern in the village in particular. Coral Bay beach was lovely and sandy, Latchi beach/harbour was lovely too and a trip to Nicosia is a must! Thank you for good communication throughout.Only saw the local manager(ess) once at the start but we had no problems to bother her with during the stay. Thank you for keeping us informed throughout the process'.

Having been to Cyprus a few times we knew the location, Pafos 10 min drive, Tala Square 5 min walk, lovely places to eat. Definitely recommend Melitzers in Tala Square fabulous food. We visited Turtle Beach bit of a scary road but fantastic beach, also ate at The Last Castle, bbq food fantastic. Very satisfied you accommodated our request on booking and payment, also very quick responses with any questions we had. On arrival the Wifi wasn't working, Dawn sorted it out for us, she visited the villa and called the company on our behalf. Pool was kept spotless throughout our stay. e have booked through yourselves numerous times and wouldn't hesitate to book again when we return. Thank you we had a fantastic holiday, and hopefully we will be returning soon, would not hesitate to book again with yourselves''.

Mass soura taverna in the village for good quality meal. Cliff top bar on road to kamares serves English beer in a pub setting. Agents were very good. Information pack emailed prior to holiday excellent. Cannot fault local managers. Friendly, helpful and cleaned villa mid stay which we didnt expect.

I would like to add that the driver you sent for us at the airport, Andreas, was the most wonderful welcoming man. He helped us throughout our holiday and was charming throughout. I have kept his number and will definitely use him again when we return to Cyprus. Lemon Tree Villa was beautiful. It was clean and spacious and just what we wanted. Although not in the centre of a big town it was only a short walk to Tala Square where we could find most things and again only a 10 minute taxi ride to Coral Beach which was idyllic. The local shops and restaurants on Tala Square were excellent. Everything was clear and as I said the driver you sent was fabulous. We only had to ring the local manager a couple of times and each time they were pleasant and courteous.

The location was very good for the local bars and restaurants, but a short drive to the larger resorts. We would recommend all the local bars and restaurants. Very satisfied with the service provided. The management for the Villa was excellent, the cleanliness of the pool and villa were second to none. Fully enjoyed our stay in a lovely villa, and resort. We would definitely consider visiting Cyprus again

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Always felt safe and secure. About 10 minutes walk from Tala square. It was all uphill but easily managable for all but the elderly and infirm. Drive to major supermarkets (Coral Bay or Paphos) as you would expect but many smaller ones nearby. Small one in Tala square is surprisingly well stocked. Tala is a quiet village but it has several bars/restaurants and is in a great position for access by car to Paphos, Coral Bay, Peyia and all other west coast villages. Highly recommend several restaurants. Yialos and Andria in Coral Bay, The Last Castle past Ayios Georgios, Vatouthkia on the road to the Adonis Baths and Yiannis Tevarna in Kathikas. All bars and restaurants in Tala are good too. The Cliff Club is always guaranteed a breeze which is most welcome in July/August. This is our 4th year renting with you. Happy as usual."

The villa was superb ! Beautifully furnished and the pool, patio, BBQ, were fantastic.We are seriously looking at booking for a 2 week stint next year and are just sorting dates.- Mike and Angie.Just wanted to let you know we had a really good time at your villa. Spent the week relaxing in the hot sunshine around your lovely pool - didn't go far at all. We found it very comfortable accommodation,although time inside was limited !!The garden was lovely too. What a fantastic villa. My family and I had a fabulous time and everything went fine.Gary and Louise met us and showed us into the property upon arrival. Everything we needed was at the villa and we did not venture away from that fab pool for the first 3 days. - Alan
