We had a lovely time as always and we found it hard to leave as always Very clean and well looked after as always. Perfect location - compared to the East coast of Cyprus, the Paphos region is quiet and unspoilt area. Secret Valley and the surrounding area is very accessible and there are some lovely places to visit nearby, good restaurants etc. Pissouri Beach with Captain’s Bay Restaurant Oniro restaurant (near the Edro shipwreck) Motorboat hire with Latchi Watersports – the service was great there. Hiring a buggy with Petrides or other similar to explore Akamas and Lara Bay (hot in August but good in May/ June time). You were brilliant as always and especially with dealing with the uncertainties of the pandemic. You were understanding and reasonable in balancing the interests of your owners and the visitors. Thank you. Really good communications locally too - prompt, responsive and always good and comprehensive information. ''

The welcome package was most appreciated, everything was perfectly clean and well organized. Our kids (and of course my wife and me, too) enjoyed the pool so much, we loved to sit on the patio and relax. In the evenings we enjoyed BBQing and also we did a lot of trips on the island to Latchi, Blue Lagoon, Mount Olymp etc. On top of all, the weather was just perfect. I think it is almost certain we will be rebooking for next year so a discount would be really welcomed! The villa was great, and was as expected. We loved the pool and the location with the breeze and also the views it offered. The location was great, we had never been to Cyprus before so didn't know what to expect, however we found the proximity to the airport, Aphrodite hills and also the motorway brilliant along with the peaceful setting and views. Unfortunately we didn't get to do too much as my wife had injured her foot 2 days before our holiday so we will look to explore more next time. However we liked eating at the Pithari Tavern at Aphrodite Hills village and also would highly recommend Muse in Paphos for the views, sunset and also the food was excellent. Absolutely satisfied with your service and locally it was also excellent. Nothing that springs to mind to improve the villa. we will definitely be returning'

The villa was Beautiful and spotless as always. The villa is in a very quiet and secluded location but at the same time the motorway and local roads are very accessible so getting into Paphos, visiting local supermarkets and restaurants is very easy. Close to Aphrodite Hills is good for access to a small supermarket, bakery and restaurants. We always love going to Mandria and visiting the local tavernas there – this time we went to a new Asian restaurant (Japanese, Chinese and Indian food) called Karma. Superb dishes and great friendly service. Also, Oniro by the Sea – just by the shipwreck/seacaves a couple of miles west of Coral Bay. A fantastic find (we have been there several times) – again great service, lovely “trendy” and relaxed atmosphere and yummy food (although the menu is a bit unusual). We went to Nissi Beach at Ayia Napa which is beautiful but crowded - highly recommended for the sand and sea – and cocktails. Afterwards, we went exploring onto Cap Greco and there are some lovely coves worth exploring there- and where you can go swimming off the rocks. On balance, though we decided that Pissouri beach is more for us than Nissi. Paphos Waterpark is great fun for all ages. Thank you Steven. As always, very efficient, friendly and informative. As above – thr service locally was excellent. .''

The location was ideal although to be perfectly honest having been to secret valley twice before and having checked on google maps where villa Kerrie was I knew exactly what to expect. The beaches at Melandra, Kourion, Ladies mile and Pissouri bay were all excellent, but Melandra was our favourite, as for sightseeing Omodos and the ancient ruins at Kourion were great days out, Paphos is a place we know and love and our favourite restaurant was Karma in Mandaria as recommended by Robert & Helen. Extremely satisfied thank you. Robert & Helen could not have been more helpful The property and level of service was excellent and we cannot think of anyway to improve what is already there. Location was chosen as our family booked several villas very close to each other as we were in Cyprus for our daughters wedding. We enjoyed Gabrielles in Kouklia and Bunch of grapes in Pissorie. We would not recommend Fat Mamas in Paphos as we received very poor service there Very satisfied. Excellent communications. Local managers were very professional and lovely people. They were full of advice and much appreciated. Your service was head and shoulders above the service and condition of the villas rented by my daughters, which included failing electrics on arrival, which they did not respond to and we finally had to sort ourselves, threadbare furniture and no contact with any owners or managers throughout the stay! I would not hesitate to book with your company again and would happily supply a reference for you...''

Review submitted by Andrew from Studley, Warwickshire (Submitted: 10/08/2014) As we had already visited Villa Kerrie last year there were no surprises involved apart from positives regarding the inclusion of additional outdoor furniture. The location of the villa is such that a car is a necessity but this was not an issue for us. Similar to last year there were only occupants in a villa on one side of us so this meant it was very quiet and relaxing as we like it. This year we enjoyed visiting the Tomb of the Kings and Kolossi castle and would recommend to others. Very satisfied and extremely well organised from start to finish. Without a doubt I would happily recommend LetsRentOnline to others. As it was last year the communication with the local managers was excellent and very comprehensive. The welcome pack provided both this year and last year are possibly the best we have received to date and very much appreciated considering our late flight and arrival time at the villa. This and the other information provided prior and during our holiday were excellent.

It was a pleasure answering the questions especially because the holydays by itself and the preparation went very smoothly and pleasant. There are a lot of good things to remember. The villas was very nice and clean. It answers the descriptions and pictures that we read and saw before and absolutely meted our expectations. We had rented a car so the location was good. Very exhaustive and helpful information with all directions how to find it was provided. We would highly recommend “Palia ilektriki” restaurant (8 V.Herakleous, Paphos). It’s run by a couple: he is a chef and his wife is a waitress here. They are very welcoming both. Food is freshly prepared, very tasty, dishes accompanied by beautiful sauces, menu combines all the flavors and tastes all around Mediterranean. Excellent service, reasonable price. Absolutely great service from agent and local manager. Quick replies. All the information provided. Easy and clear online booking. Nothing to suggest, you are doing well :-)

The location although an initial concern considering the number of villas in the areas proved to be very good. The views were pleasing and more importantly it was very peaceful and quiet. Having said that use of a car was essential as there was nowhere to walk to (shops, restaurants, bars). The ruins in Paphos and Kourion were very impressive and well worth a visit. Restaurants in the area were good on the whole but with such beautiful weather we also had many BBQs! Service from yourselves very impressive and informative from start to end and in comparison to other companies the experience was very efficient. Communications and service were again very impressive from the local managers and details provided in advance as well as upon arrival definitely made a big difference to our holiday experience. As long as you continue to provide the same level of service to your customers then at this moment in time I feel that this is more than adequate.

A great location. Far enough away from all the busy touristy areas/noise to have a relaxed time, but close enough (by car) to visit all the great places. A wonderful "base" for a great vacation in Cyprus. We have visited many places during our trip. So there is too much to mention, really. Many of the things we saw were recommended in the info book in the villa. We also took: A road trip to Lara Bay(4wd recommended), stop for a BBQ meal at Avakas Gorge (beautiful views, good food, friendly service). We continued our tour to the Baths of Aphrodite...enjoyed it very much. Some of the "roads" in the mountains are a bit scary though (so narrow), but it was well worth the trip. We were Very satisfied with letsrentonline and the local managers! Helpful, lots of information and kind. We would suggest doormats. As it was very dry and therefor dusty outside, it would have been nice to be able to wipe your feet after being outside by the pool, before entering the villa again. It was fully equipped and liked the wifi option as we were able to communicate with home and research Cyprus. We chose a villa as my wife if 6 months pregnant and wanted a comfy, private, spacious villa that wasnt over looked and had enough privacy and this is just what we got. This was our last week away before our baby arrives in November so we wanted a place that we could just totally relax and forget about the outside world (other than leaving a couple of times for food and a bit of sight see-ing). The location for us was perfect. Like i said before the gardens and pool area are very private. We didnt feel crammed in at all, it felt like we had a hotel and gardens all to ourself as these areas were very spacious. As we had travelled around the island we recognised that we had chosen the right area/ villa as it was in a quiet neighbourhood and not in a great big tourist trap. We ate in Paphos, Kouklia and Pissouri as well as a few bbqs at the villa. Paphos was the first area that we ate in and felt it was very touristy and did regret this, the food was ok although seeing a man deliver a bunch load of ready made pizzas didnt really fill our confidence and wondered if our food had arrived like this. Kouklia- we ate in a restaurant in the square, the food great (we tried the set menu of 3 courses for 15 euros p/p. Great tasty food, large portions. Pissouri- we ate the Pissouri Square tavern for lunch and found the food very good. We enjoyed it so much that we booked a table for the evening meal for the next night (the "Cyprus night" ) When we arrived it was a great atmosphere and it was a buffet of 20 euros p/p. When the food arrived we were slightly disappointed with the standard of food and it resembled a beige buffet from a wedding night. The food was just ok but thought it was very overpriced. The pudding on offer afterwards was a choice of 2 fruits - Watermelon or pineapple (you could buy ice-cream if you wished for 2.50 euros). We found the food in the restaurants generally good but didnt come away thinking we had an amazing meal. As regards to sight seeing we both felt that Cyprus is a great place to go and has some lovely sights but wasnt wowed by anything (the only wow factor was the villa) We did enjoy ourselves in Cyprus and had plenty of great experiences. We were very satisfied with letsrentonline, a very quick turnaround. We had viewed many villa websites and most of them had not updat ed their calendars for months and we liked the option of live availability (saved us lots of time). We were very satisfied with Helen and Robert. We arrived at the villa just after midnight on the sunday morning so a lovely clean villa and a welcome pack was well appreciated. The welcome brochure with all the info needed was very good, we enjoyed looking through and found it very useful. They came to see us on the sunday morning and filled us in with any info we needed and made us aware if there was anything we needed, anything at all to get in touch with them. We only had to call them once regarding gas for the bbq and they came straight round and sorted it for us. They were both very approachable and friendly. The only thing we can think of was that the mattress was slightly hard and the pillows we had (in the main bedroom) felt quite cheap. We did get used to these and it only bothered us for the first night or two. We understand you cant match to everyones needs so this didnt spoil our week at all. Other than that there is nothing negative that we can say. We really enjoyed our week in Villa Kerrie and found this villa the best villa we have stayed in (we have stayed in quite a few around the world). It really was heaven.

Conveniently located for exploring Paphos, Aphrodite Beach, Pissouri, Kourion Troodos and much more. Dad enjoyed nearby Secret Valley golf, the grill, Internet Access and Cable. Mum loved the nearby beaches, the quiet privacy, the view and garden and the kids couldnt leave the lovely pool. The villa is very well appointed with all amenities. The management staff were very helpful in every way. Hope to return.

It was spotlessly clean and it was nice to see a fire extinquisher in the kitchen and the new shower by the pool. The welcome pack was excellent, the towel art on the bed and the general presentation was superb and the best we've seen it so far!Lastly - the thing that really made a difference to our stay was the availability of wireless internet. This let us stay in touch with the Uk via our email on our phones and was very very much appreciated. I'm pleased to say that is exactly what Villa Kerrie delivered. The spacious accommodation was tastefully furnished and decorated with an obvious personal touch. The overall high standard extended to the landscaped gardens/pool area, which even in October had numerous flowering plants.On hotter days a pleasant cooling breeze was also often present. Many a late afternoon/early evening was spent on the terrace with a glass of something cool watching the sun dro p below the horizon. Needless to say the barbecue was put to good use. The thoughtful layout of the development lends itself to a peaceful, tranquil location which was not spoilt by ongoing works nearby. Ideally situated close to 2 golf courses, if you are so inclined, you are still only a short dive from Paphos and an even shorter drive from the airport.
