This lovely 4 bedroom villa with private pool is in an excellent location, just seconds from the sea and within 10 minutes walk of Protaras center and Fig Tree Bay. It located in the center of Protaras and a small sandy beach can be found within 200 meters, just in front of the villa.
Inside, the villa is nicely furnished with modern decor with an open-plan sitting area, dining table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. There is also a W/C on this floor and patio doors leading to the pool area.
Upstairs, there are 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with twin beds. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is a family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower, along with a separate shower and toilet room. A spacious outside balcony area offers sea views.
Outside, the large garden and pool area provides plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing and outside dining. There is also a covered parking area suitable for 2 cars. A non covered parking area (gated) is also available.
Overall, an excellent villa for families or groups who want to be close to the resort centre and beach.
