Overview
This stunning & luxurious stone built villa is set in the beautiful hills of Peyia, on the southwest coast of Cyprus. With its stylish, modern décor, serene location and breath-taking views, Villa Adara is a haven of tranquillity waiting to be discovered.
The villa is the perfect holiday villa for romantic honeymooners, couples, families or groups of up to six. The beautiful, spacious house is set in calm, serene surroundings and is situated only 1 km from the centre of the gorgeous village of Peyia where you can find restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy and grocery stores for your convenience.
Villa Adara is an elegant property with a private infinity pool, complete with modern and contemporary amenities. The villa's sophisticated design makes this 3-bedroom gem a very exciting new addition to our Paphos portfolio.
The beautiful stone built villa is set in the picturesque mountainside in one of Peyia's most exclusive residential areas. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, (en-suite to master and guest room), sleeping 6 (one or two infants extra could be permitted). Each bed is dressed in luxury Egyptian Cotton with accompanying co-ordinated fabrics. The villa benefits from full air conditioning and fly screens throughout as well as ceiling fans to assist with circulation. The modern conveniences include wireless internet, and smart TV in the lounge (Premium channels including sports and cinema) with Satellite & DVD. The lounge also has a modern wood burner (for those cooler evenings in Nov-April). There is also a smart TV in the master bedroom, and the fully equipped kitchen includes washing machine and dishwasher as well as other gadgetry required for home from home cooking.
The villa’s rooftop provides seating areas and sun loungers with panoramic views of the mountains, Coral Bay and the sea. The master and guest bedroom balcony also have seating areas where you can relax as the light fades and the stars begin to twinkle above the mountains.
The outside dining area nestles under a wooden pergola with woven fabric for shade and privacy and features a modern gas BBQ. The villa’s garden even comes complete with its own fruit trees. Finally but by no means least, Villa Adara has a private infinity pool (7m x 4m) overlooking the spectacular views of the tumbling valley and mountains (if you are lucky you may spot some Moufflon goats).

DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR
Ground Floor
As you walk up the stairs to the villa’s entrance you will be greeted by the stunning ground floor outdoor area. There are four sun loungers with two parasols surrounding the sparkling infinity pool (lit to perfection at night making it a perfect spot for star gazing). The pool is 7m by 4m and features a traditional ceramic water fountain. To the left of the villa down the stone pathway there is a bench surrounded by colourful plants and flowers, making it the perfect reading area with sun or shade depending on time of day.
Overlooking the infinity pool there is a large outdoor dining area sheltered by the beautiful, traditional wooden pergola with woven fabric giving it a special Cypriot charm. The pergola affords great privacy from neighbouring villas. To the right of this you will find a modern gas BBQ for alfresco dining. A comfortable basked swing chair completes the area and is perfect for relaxing in by day or by night.
First Floor
Moving upstairs again you will find two outdoor areas. The first is the front facing balcony which you can access from either bedroom. It features a table and two chairs and with spectacular views of the mountains it is the perfect spot for a quiet, perhaps romantic breakfast.
Leaving the landing through the back door you will come to the enchanting 'secret garden'. This garden is totally secluded where you will find a small grove of different fruit trees. An outside shower helps with rinsing off and keeping cool on those hot summer days.
Second Floor
To the left of the 'secret garden' there is an open spiral staircase meandering up to the spacious rooftop terrace. The terrace has breath-taking views for miles around including the Sea near Coral Bay. It has two sun loungers for those who want a sneaky extra hour of sunbathing with a good book, and to the right there is a table seating four, perfect for those sunset cocktails. The rooftop is also a serene spot to relax in the evening when the sun sets.
All in all, Villa Adara has everything for the perfect holiday getaway!
The village of Peyia is one of the most picturesque and popular villages in the Paphos area. Peyia is spread over a large area with the village centre having many good amenities including bars, restaurants, tavernas, shops and banks. Peyia is a typical Cypriot village. A beautiful ancient church forms the heart of the village while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses adorned with colourful flowers and citrus trees. The Centre of Peyia is still largely unspoilt with lively tavernas and friendly locals. You can also buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the shops in Peyia. The early morning aroma of freshly baked bread, sweet and savoury local pastries and cakes coming from the Peyia bakery is almost too much to resist!
Things to do in the Peyia area include many watersports on the beach at Coral Bay, diving, Paphos Bird and Animal Park, horse riding, visiting the protected Akamas Peninsula and Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, the Sea Caves and Agios Georgios area, sailing and many more. From Peyia the attractions in Paphos and renowned Paphos Aphrodite Water Park are also easily accessible, as are numerous archaeological ruins in Paphos such as the Tombs of the Kings and Paphos Archaeological Park.
If you want to get out and explore Cyprus' fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas Peninsula, Polis, Latchi or even the Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations.Troodos is the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!

Absolutely delighted with our stay at Villa Adara from the booking process, arrival throughout our stay and departure time was spot on.
Taxi collected us from the airport as it was a late flight so better than navigating in the dark. Very friendly and informative driver with free drinks.
The entry system was simple and the welcome pack had everything we needed, although we were formally welcomed the following morning by Diana who showed us everything we needed.
The villa is home from home, good crockery, wine glasses and all utensils you can think of great dishwasher washing machine and large fridge freezer.
The rooms all well laid out with good quality bedding, great showers and good air con throughout.
The highlight of this property is the location high up with the most amazing views. Roof top star gazing is a must! The other amazing highlight is the infinity pool looking out over luscious hills beyond, with goats pottering about. Absolutely bliss.
We walked into the local town on a few occasions and taxi back for 8e. Taxi to Coral bay 12e and taxi to Paphos 20e. All well worth a trip, although a hire car allows you to travel freely.
We had a memorable family holiday and would highly recommend.

Review submitted Michele from West Sussex (Submitted: 23/06/2024) ''Villa Adara was wonderful, everything we could need was there. The pool was very welcome especially as Cyprus was experiencing a heatwave. The view from the pool and terrace was stunning and we enjoyed watching the goats. The location was Ideal - easy and quick to get in to Peyia village, also easy to get to Coral Bay and Paphos both a short drive but at the same time in a peaceful area. Highly recommend The Old Cinema in Peyia, Geitonia Traditional Kebab House in Peyia (eat in or takeaway) warning though in both places portions are huge! Also in Coral Bay Seriani Resturant - the food is delicious, the prices very good and the team crazy! Very satisfied with your service- kept us well informed through out the booking process and in the lead up to our trip. Lots of advice on activities available in the area, discounts available and also resturants. Diana the Manager was brilliant, visited a couple of times once as a welcome meet to give us tips on the area and villa, again to replace the gas bottle on the bbq the morning after we messaged her the night before. and again the day before we left to check all ok with us and we had enjoyed our stay. We had a fantastic stay at Villa Adara and hope to come back soon - hopefully not in another heatwave. 😎 Regards Michele .''
Review submitted by Amanda from Pontyclun - (Submitted: 12/09/2022) ''Just returned from villa Adara. The villa was everything it promised to be. Location was great …. A 10 minute walk into the heart of Peyia with fantastic views of the mountains from the pool area and terrace. The villa itself was spotlessly clean with every home comfort you could want, whilst maintaining its Cypriot charm. As well as taking advantage of lazy days spent in the infinity pool absorbing the peace and tranquillity of the surroundings, we explored the beautiful beaches nearby. Our favourites were Agios Georgios just a 15 minute drive away where we were lucky enough to see turtles when snorkelling and the local beaches of Pomos a 40 minute drive up over the mountains near Polis. We enjoyed traditional excellent Cypriot cuisine at the local Peyia Tavern and Yiannis Taverna in the traditional village of Kathikas just a 15 minute drive away. Both taverns have a superb welcome, wonderful traditional food at excellent prices. Excellent communication from Letsrentonline from the outset and Diana was a very welcoming friendly host who made sure we were greeted with a welcome pack and provided us with all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. Would highly recommend the villa and the company and will definitely be returning. Cyprus is our home from home. Regards Amanda . ''
Review submitted by Phil from Chester (Submitted: 16/10/2021) ''As usual well prepared and in good condition. The location is superb, fantastic views over the Cyprus countryside and a quite relaxing location. We did hire a boat from Latchi Watersports to visit the Blue Lagoon, thanks for the discount voucher we had a fantastic day. Yes, easy to communicate with excellent instructions on how to get to and enter the Villa. No problem in getting in touch with the local manager who left us her mobile number and visited us. Very happy with the service provided. Needless to say another fantastic was enjoyed by us all in Cyprus. Kind regards. Phil T . ''
Review submitted by Fiona from London (Submitted: 29/10/2019) ''Beautiful villa, just as lovely as the photos...imaculate condition, very spacious, outside area very well kept, pool great size - we were all very happy with the villa. Also our Welcome pack waiting for us in the fridge was a lovey start to the holiday - cold beer and chilled wine was much appreciated! Beautiful location, very peaceful. Spent most evenings after coming back from dinner in the town out by the pool, relaxing and listening to the night sounds of the crickets and the occasional goat! Definitely recommend Oniro by the Sea... we went 3 nights in a row! and also Seriani in the Coral Bay High Street. We also spent 2 days at the Blue Lagoon in Latchi....1st day we went on boatrip with Latchi Watersports, great service, friendly people, and then we decided to come back the next day and we hired a speedboat from George's Boat Hire.... and spent 4 hours cruising around the Blue Lagoon - beautfiul location and great snokeling! Very satisfied with your service.... always a speedy response and answered all our questions, thank you. Diana visited us on the Friday, lovely lady, very knowledgeable about the local area....and was happy for us to have a late checkout on our departure day which was appreciated. We had a fantastic holiday, thank you villa was amazing! . ''
Review submitted by Doug from Bridlington, UK (Submitted: 11/10/2018) ''The Villa was at least as good, if not better than we had expected from the website description. The size, general layout, facilities & equipment provided were excellent. The villa is in a small quiet cul-de-sac, which in itself is very nice but the real stunner is the views, seriously breath-taking. Provided you don’t mind a couple of short hills the walk into Peyia takes about 10 minutes, just about all of it with some great views of Paphos & Coral bay. Vrisi bar/tavern in Peyia has both a good pint & smashing food. St Georges Tavern up the coast from Coral Bay is a place to enjoy a wide selection of fish dishes. Particularly good for a late lunch. Drive over the tops from Peyia to Polis & Latchi the views are magnificent & the resturants around Latchi harbour all want your business so offer great food & service. Can’t fault the service from you. Response times & quality of information are excellent. No problems locally. Communication was good. Weekly clean & twice weekly pool maintenance all went well. ''
