This is a beautifully kept modern 3 bedroom villa located in a modern villa complex.
Inside, the lounge area features widescreen T.V, Dvd player, Satellite, few WIFI and modern furnishings.. The dining table seats 6 and the kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances, including a dishwasher.
There is also a separate W.C on the ground floor. The living room also features a wood burning fieplace.
On the first floor there is a master en-suite double bedroom, a further double bedroom, plus a third double room with seperate sofa bed. There is also a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Outside you will find a 8 x 4 meter pool with lots of daytime and late afternoon sun, surrounded by shrubs and trees. By the pool you will find sun-loungers, garden table and chairs, large parasol and BBQ area.
The adjaecent villa, which also has 3 bedrooms, is also available for rent, a great option for 2 families who wish to stay next to each other.
Pernera has so much to offer and there are a wide variety of lovely restaurants, bars and places to visit. Enjoy a walk along the new seafront boardwalk which runs from Pernera into central Protaras or sit back and enjoy the view in one of the many beach bars.
Enjoy glass-bottom boat trips, white-knuckle watersport rides and fishing trips from the harbour in Pernera, or take a sightseeing boat trip to the abandoned Ghost Town of Famagusta, just to the north of the area.

Excellent ! By for a stay in June, 2014 My husband and I stayed in this villa for 2 weeks with our 3 children and didnt want to leave at the end of our holiday. The villa was very tastefully furnished and we loved the pool area which had sun all day. We hired a car for first week of our stay and visited Ayia Napa a couple of times but the 2nd week we just stayed at the villa or walked down to the lovely beach at the Golden Coast hotel. It was very easy to walk out into Pernera during the evening to visit restaurants. I would recommend Knights Pub for a great meal and atmoshpere. Well definitely be back again ! Cyprus Sunshine By for a stay in September, 2013 This was our 5th visit to Cyprus and our first time in Protaras as we usually stay in Paphos. We now understand why Protaras is so popular :) The beaches are the best we have seen in Europe and the resort itself is fantastic for families. The villa was clean and spacious and we loved the fact that the pool area had sun all day long. We didnt bother with car hire as everything we needed was within a 15 minute walk. We took a bus to the waterpark in Ayia Napa one day which only 30 minutes away and worked out much cheaper than a taxi. Many thanks to the staff at Imagine for arranging a late check-out for us. it was much appreciated. We hope to be back again next year. Charlie & Lauren Pope, Chester
