This charming 5 bedroom villa split over 3 floors is set in a private and quiet location close to both Kapparis and Pernera areas and with just a 5 minute drive to Protaras, it really is a great central location for exploring.
This detached villa has a generous private pool and bathing area with outside BBQ, kitchen and dining areas, plus a grass area perfect for a game of football.
Inside the villa is tastefully furnished and the open plan living, dining kitchen area makes it a great entertaining space. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need for your self-catering stay and there is also a twin bedroom on this floor with doors leading outside to the patio and garden area, plus a separate WC.
On the first floor you will find a further 3 bedrooms, 2 twin rooms plus a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Outside from this floor is a lovely covered terrace where you can sit and take in the stunning views out to sea. A further shower room and WC is also located on this floor.
On the third floor you will find a cosy double bedroom with wooden ceilings and en-suite shower room.
The villa benefits from shuttered doors and windows to keep the rooms nice and cool during the hot summer months and air conditioning throughout.
In summary, an excellent villa for families or groups who like their privacy, but are only a short drive from resort centers and beaches!

Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right.
