The property benefits from air conditioning throughout, SMART TV 65 inches, fiberoptic internet ( wi-fi speed xxx Mb/s).
Eva Gardens complex has beautiful and well maintained gardens and large pool. To the back of the property is a patio on the ground floor and a small balcony off the main bedroom on the first floor. To the side is free private parking. The house has fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, and everything you need for home from home experience.
Within walking distance is "Savvas Grill" tavern, and many more restaurants 1 km away in an old hillside village of Peyia, and famous Coral Bay strip offers even more choice of restaurants and entertainment.
It is highly recommended to rent a car for the holidays. There are buses to the towns of Polis and Paphos, the cost is 1.5 euros. stop 15 min walk. But this is not the most convenient mode of transport for exploring Cyprus, with many interesting places accessible by car, do not deprive yourself of the freedom of movement in a rented car, treat yourself to vivid impressions of waterfalls, canyons, Venetian bridges, ZOO, AQUAPARK and such different beaches of the Paphos area.

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house - it was a real home from home experience with everything you could possibly want. The house is very well equipped, and has everything you possibly need. The beds are very comfortable, and the bedding of high quality. The pool and surrounding area are kept very clean, the pool itself is very large, and there are sunbeds and umbrellas available for your use. The house is about 10 mins walk to Peyia village with many restaurants, bars and tavernas. If you want to eat in, shops are within easy walking distance. sandy Coral Bay beach is only 5 minutes drive away. The owners are very friendly and easy accessible and answer any question or request. We loved every minute of our say and will definitely come back for a longer stay next year.
