Without question, the location of this villa is perfect. Set close to Nissi Beach and the centre of Ayia Napa but not in a deserted town a couple of miles away.
An ideal base for anyone attending a wedding on the east of the Island there are a mass of popular wedding hotels literally a stones throw away. Be it the Aeneas, Nissi Beach, Adams beach or Nissiana hotel - we're near to them all.
For the more relaxed, you can experience a range of pubs, restaurants and shops as well as the local McDonalds...
Let's not forget that this villa comes with your very own private pool and gardens as well as a BBQ, air conditioning, TV as well as dining facilities (inside and out) for 6 people.
Nissi Beach is only 500m from the complex where you will find beach bars, sun loungers, watersports.
Waterpark Waterworld is only a 5 min drive or bus ride and makes for a fantastic day out.

Overall we enjoyed this property, we found that there could do with more cupboards for food storage and worktop , the outside area was fine but the bbq needs updating and the sunbed cushions needed cleaning . The television had no instructions as to how to get it working . The steps into the pool we found would be better located at the shallow end also they are faulty due to them leaning with no anti slip pads on . Overall we enjoyed this property and its location .

Overall enjoyed our 2 week stay though property needs updating, little bit of TLC. Sofa broken, oven noisy, no lock on bathroom door. Very clean, plenty of towels and bedding. Photos do make villa look a lot bigger than it actually is !

The owner a great man. Any problem was immediately solved with no waiting time. I don't have a bad word to say about the property or the owner.Maybe in terms of cleanliness should be insisted on,but not something serious( this is my point of view as I work in the hotel industry). Everything else perfect. Thank you Shaun, we will definitely come back.
