Villa Tia - 3 Bedroom Villa With Private Pool - Nissi Beach Area

We were a group of 3 couples and found the property more than adequately sized and we had more than enough room. Location is ideal as a short walk to the nearest bars and shops, but set well back enough to be very peaceful. Only points I would make is the description of 3 bathrooms should be updated as there is only 2 and we were not informed before hand and the lighting around the BBQ area needs to be improved as although the lighting around the table/pool at night was perfect, there isn't any around the BBQ. Also would have been handy for the property to have a dishwasher.

Booked this villa for my sons wedding in Olympic Lagoon Hotel €10 cab ride. Beach is lovely. Area is very peaceful and relaxing. Villa was great, very clean, and adequate for my family of 5. If I visited again I would booked this vila without hesitation.

Great location, perfect for wedding parties of the Nissi beach area. The property was basic but suitable for a family stay. I would definitely use this property again. Dealing with Cris has been easy and reliable.

We were a party of 3 friends who rented the villa for 2 weeks from 26th june - 10th july 2019. The villa was fantastic. Very clean and tidy and had everything you need to live comfortably during your stay, (only improvement i would make is to have a dishwasher, but this might just be me being lazy haha). There was a pool cleaner who came 3 times during our stay that was great as we used the pool a lot as it was a great size, (my friends daughter said it was better than the one in the hotel). The linens where also changed once and the fresh sheets were great and well needed in such hot weather. We were in Nissi for a friends wedding and the villa was situated 5 mins walk from the bride and grooms hotel. This was perfect as we were really close by and could pop in and out when needed. The villa is also just a 10 minute walk from nissi’s fantastic beach. The beach bars and water sports are highly recommended. In terms of the surrounding area there is loads to do, the water park is a short drive away and on nissi avenue there is loads of choice for restaurants and bars all within walking distance. If you are going to be heading for the main strip in Ayia Napa for the nightlife, I would recommend walking out to the street and flagging a taxi for €10, do not order this from the villa directly as there is rumours that the wrong type of taxi driver may tell unsavoury characters when you are out. The communication with chris was second to none he was very prompt in getting back in touch whenever we needed him and this was very reassuring, even when I stupidly lost the key on the first night out. I contacted Chris at 2am and he made made sure to be at the villa ASAP with a replacement key (again sorry for getting you out of bed). Its recommended to keep the key in the lock box if you leave the villa on any occasion. For odd times where the heat was to much and we were tired or hungover from the bars there was a tv with access to through digital box to lots of tv channels. Only issue was that the streams were a bit hit or miss. Would be recommended to get the satellite working this was not an issue for us though as we didn’t use it much. The villa has excellent air con in every room apart from the bathroom. We found it best to press the boost button on the wall to get it going and the more times you press it the longer it will stay on and use the remotes to adjust the temperature. All in all the villa was perfectly located close to everything you need but far enough away that you could relax when you needed a break. Would recommend to anyone and would book again.

Māja tīra, diezgan plaša - mēs bijām 7 cilvēki, bija ērti. Kluss rajons, 5 minūšu pastaigas attālumā no lieliskas smilšu pludmales. Turpat balkus iela ar veikaliņiem, krodziņiem. Brīnišķīgs baseins - dziļš, pietiekami liels, tīrs. Mūsu uzturēšanās laikā (7 dienas) baseinu tīrīja 2 reizes. Mums patika. Paldies!


House clean, quite wide - we were 7 people, were comfortable. Quiet neighbourhood, a 5-minute walk from an excellent sandy beach. There are balconies with boutiques, taverns. Wonderful pool - deep, large enough, clean. During our stay (7 days) the pool was cleaned twice. We liked it. Thanks!

The villa definitely felt like a home from home for us. As 4 adults and a baby it provided more than enough room for all of us. The downstairs bedroom with en-suite was perfect as my husband has mobility problems. The villa is perfectly situated and close to shops, restaurants and beaches.
