Nissi Elena Court, 2 Bedroom Apartment B1.3

The property was as we expected to be, just like in the pictures from the site. It felt like home, the market was 2 minutes away, was opened until 3 am, the bus station 5 minutes from us, Nissi beach also was a 10 minutes walk. The pool was clean and we could stay all night if we wanted. As always (it is our second time here) the conditions were great. Also, Shaun, the owner, was very responsive fo all our questions. Thank you, again, for the lovely staying that we had at your facility. When we will be back in Cyprus we will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was spacious and in a fantastic location with walking distance to Nissi Beach and bus stop. Balcony fantastic! However, there are some areas that could use improvement. The interior felt a bit dated, and the AC was leaking, though it was repaired after two days. The kitchen could be better equipped with more sets of plates, glasses, Coffee machine, vacuum cleaner and a dishwasher. The surrounding area was poorly maintained and dirty, particularly around the pool, which made it less enjoyable. Additionally, the garbage disposal area was inconveniently far from the apartment. The most significant issue was that there was only one set of keys. We accidentally locked ourselves out and were charged 85 euros to get back in—a problem that could have been avoided if we had been provided with two sets of keys, as is standard in most rentals. Additionally, the service technician could have been more courteous, especially considering the fee we paid for his assistance.

The AC was repaired the same day that you advised us, not after 2 days like you state.

You messaged at 7.30am and it was fixed by 3pm. If you had told us immediately you would not have had 2 nights with the AC leaking!

There is 1 set of keys, there is no need to take them inside the apartment. You just open the door & put it back in key safe then anyone of your party can access them.

You called us out at midnight, this is not a reasonable time & therefore you were charged the rate that we stipulated in the information inside the apartment.

Die Wohnung war im großen und ganzen wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht.
Die Lage ist top! Sehr ruhig. Man hört nichts von der großen Straße, und doch ist man schnell dort.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

The accommodation is very well located. Close to the Nissi Beach.
Supermarket 150m away. Very good restaurants nearby. Accommodation is fully equipped. All rooms have air conditioning. Large terrace is also attached to this apartment overlooking the pool. We are very satisfied overall with the stay, can only recommend it to everyone.
