Overview
Nissi Golden Sands is a complex and is made up of villas & apartments. There is a large communal pool as well as a small children's pool.
Without question, the location of this apartment is perfect. Set close to Nissi Beach and the centre of Ayia Napa but not in a deserted town a couple of miles away.
An ideal base for anyone attending a wedding on the east of the Island there are a mass of popular wedding hotels literally a stones throw away. Be it the Aeneas, Nissi Beach, Adams beach or Nissiana hotel - we're near to them all.
For the more relaxed, you can experience a range of pubs, restaurants and shops as well as the local McDonalds, Hard Rock Cafe, Wagamamas etc
Let's not forget that this property comes with air conditioning, local TV as well as dining facilities (inside and out) for 4 people.
Nissi Beach is only 500m from the complex where you will find beach bars, sun loungers, watersports.
Waterpark Waterworld is only a 5 min drive or bus ride and makes for a fantastic day out. Local buses run 7am-4am daily and cost €1.50pp
Ayia Napa is diverse and has something for everyone. There are trendy contemporary restaurants & cocktail bars, a harbour, luna park and much much more...

Bedroom, baht and toiletroom were clean and ok.
Floor in livingroom was covered with sand.
The stove top did not work , but oven was ok.
Vacuum cleaner missed.

The property was definitely a home from home for us. The location was perfect, 4 mins from the beach and access to complex the pool anytime.
We particularly enjoyed chilling on the balcony space in the evenings.
The hosts provided most of the household essentials we required.

Great, quiet location.
Cons: there are mistakes in directions, it was difficult to find apartment in the night time. Certainly, I'll help you correct the information for future reference:
.... you will pass a EKO petrol station after approx 700 m (NOT 250) - Nissi Golden Sands is on your left, you will see flood lights from the football pitch (NO in the nigh time). Apartment 9 is in block A2 and is on the second (NOT first) floor....
