The apartment itself is a spacious high quality modern 1 bedroom 2nd floor apartment with lovely sea views.
It is air conditioned throughout & all charges are included within the price.
The apartment has 1 double bedroom & 1 twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes & a dresser with patio doors leading to the balcony.
There is an open plan fitted kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you will need for a self catering holiday in Cyprus.
The lounge area has a dining table & 6 chairs together with 2 sofa's.
The complex is in an ideal location
There is satellite TV, with large flat screen TV with English speaking shows.
The apartment also boasts a very large private sunny balcony/terrace with sea views where you can relax on the loungers and enjoy the sun all day, dine al fresco in the warm Cypriot climate.
There is a large selection of bars and restaurants only a 2 minute walk away. Nissi Ave runs all the way to the centre of Ayia Napa and there is something for everyone's budget & taste.
Outside there is a communal swimming pool equipped with sun beds, and a small children's pool.

Pros:
- Relatively close to the beach
- Nice view and a big balcony
- Parking space
- Nice swimming pool
Cons:
- Not very quiet, the dog next to us on the balcony was barking every morning. And the neighbors were noisy.
- Some bugs were seen inside occasionally (they might have entered from the balcony).

The facility was great. We were a large group of families, that rented 4 apartments in Nissi Elena Court, all from the same owner. The conditions were exactly as they were described on site. All was great, the owner was very kind and answered us at every question that we had. The acces to supermarket, bus station, restaurants, beaches (Nissi and Vathia Gonia) was very simple and fast. It is our second experience with Luxury Lets Cyprus and definetly won't be our last. Thank you Shaun and Rebecca.
