Latchi Esprit Villa Ev21, Panoramic Sea Views With Private Pool

I stayed at Villa Esprit 21 with my husband and 2 young children for 3 nights at the end of June 2020 although there is enough space to share with another couple of friends (there are three bedrooms, each one of them with en-suite bathroom, so it is very comfortable to be shared by more than one family). The Villa is really magnificent. Very comfortable and well designed, very nicely furnished, the kitchen has everything one might need for cooking, there is even a traditional BBQ (foukou) next to the pool and enough chairs etc to invite over friends for dinner. We have rented this villa in particular because we wanted to be close to the Ttakkas and Yiannakis beaches in Lachi but the view from the villa was so amazing we haven't moved from the house for the whole duration of our stay. The kids had a blast with the satellite channels and obviously with the pool; they spent the whole day there and since it is not very deep (1.40m) we did not worry at all for their safety and at the same time we absolutely enjoyed it ourselves as well. Last but not least, I would also have to thank VICKY with whom I communicated before our arrival: she has been very helpful (among other things she arranged an earlier check-in for us since I needed to attend a skype meeting that first date) AND the contact persons/housekeepers FANI and her husband RAFAEL for their immediate help, politeness and professionalism (we called Fani because the pool lights didn't turn on automatically at night and Rafael came as soon as possible to fix it). To sum up: this villa is definitely value for money,. I would rebook and recommend without hesitation and I really hope we'll have the opportunity to stay there again in the future.

The view and villa itself is amazing . Good localization / area . Wine , milk , bread and other small things for breakfast we’re waiting on our arrival . Would definitely recommend it .

Super nice house, ideal for several couples or families. Very nice view over the mountains to the sea. Chic furnished and great private pool. Even with baby no problem we were provided a cot. Nice taverns are within walking distance of the mountain and highly recommended

This is our second time visiting Latsi and the villa. We had, as last year, a great time. The house is big enough for two families with three children and everyone had a great time. The view is outstanding and gives you a calm feeling. We are probably coming back next year. Latsi and Polis has some great restaurant and take a walk up to the small and Nice village Neo Chorio that is just a few steps away. This had become our paradise. Zoe and the manager for this villa answer you in a few minutes and always have a helpful hand to give.

Villa Clara is absolutely an amazing place to stay especially for Christmas as we did its quiet beautiful and the locals are so friendly. I will say that you will need to have a car to get around if you want to go other places or do any activities but its not impossible to get around without one as there is a bus or the local taxi service . if you like peace and quiet i would definitely recommend villa Clara 100%

We had a great time - super villa and very clean. Fanoula was very helpful. Great view over the coast from a very stylish and spacious villa. Well equipped with large rooms and loads of outdoor space. Exceptionally clean. You need a car to get to the coast and nearest town. Fonoulla (villa manager) was very helpful with local tips and queries. Beautiful pool.

Great place! Quiet, though and relaxing. The house and location could not be better. The view of Latsi provides just the peace and harmony one may wish for. It is a few minutes drive down to Latsi with its own authentic Cypriot charm. We storked ourselves and have already decided to return in 2018. Zoe is easy to deal with and always quick to answer if there should be anything. The same applies to her colleague who welcomed us.

We really enjoyed the accommodation! The house was spectacular very manicured and very clean! It was very bright thanks to the windows that surround it and the pool with the sun loungers and the barbecue allowed us to enjoy a lot of that space and to be able to relax, away from noise and in a quiet environment with good views! And despite not having met Zoe, she has been very attentive before our arrival and very accessible via email for anything we needed, no problem getting to or picking up the keys! We definitely loved it! Thank you very much!

This villa has the best location among neighbors, excellent view of the sea and at the same time the pool area is closed from neighbors. Up to the sea a few minutes by car, there are many restaurants and shops. The nearest town Polis 7-10 minutes to Paphos 35 minutes. The kitchen is large and with excellent views, well equipped, there are necessary products for the first time. Large bedrooms and a studio, one bedroom with sea views, one on the ground floor and a hedgehog with a view to the neighboring houses. We rested in December, the day was warm 20, the night is cool, but the air conditioning in heating coped for 10 minutes. Location great, near Cape Akamos, you can walk on the mountain or along the shores of the interesting route. You can rent a buggy or ATV. On the other side of policy pafosky forest, mountains, pine trees, where there is also a lot of interesting routes, it is possible on a conventional car. The owners are very caring, advance call, provided all the information. With pleasure would visit again.

This villa is amazing! The view is fantastic and it is clean and modern. Latchi is just a 5 min drive away with a great beach and some good restaurants. But the best restaurant is just 100m walk away from the villa. You need a car to enjoy this villa the most. We took a very mobile nearly three year old and 6 month old and it was very child friendly-but if you have a toddler who is just finding their feet it may not be the best place due to stone floors and sharp marble/stone stairs. Can't wait to go back!!! This villa was just out of this world!

Just a quick line to say thanks for arranging a brilliant holiday for us, we all had a great time. The accommodation was perfect and was one of the nicest places we have stayed. The property manager was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble, and the house was very well cared for and exceptionally clean. We hope to come back to Cyprus soon!

We had a very relaxing family holiday for a week in October. Everything was well organized. Directions was very helpful. Warm welcome with even a small reservoir as a welcome gift in the fridge. The magnificent view and the quiet location are great. The four of us had plenty of space. Thanks Zoé

ery nice area in the North-West, more quiet than around Paphos (30 kilometres away, will be "European Capital of Culture 2017") or other cities in the South (Limassol etc.). House great, wonderful view, good service (pool cleaning, new sheets and towels, etc.). The lady, who were there to maintain the villas, was always reachable and gave some good advise about trips or sport facilities. All in all: A great place to relax and escape hectic everyday life.

My friends and I rented this villa for a long weekend break in September. We had a fabulous time and the location was just perfect. The villa is on a hillside only 5 minutes drive down to the beach and lovely harbour and resort area of Latchi. The views down to the sea from both the villa and pool area were amazing. We cooked dinner on the barbeque at the villa and then visited a lovely Cypriot tavern on our last night, which was just a few minutes walk away. The food and hospitality was 5*. My husband surprised me for our wedding anniversary with a stay in this villa and had such a great time. We spent most of the time by the pool looking at the wonderful views with a glass of champagne. Wish I was still there.

We stayed here for a week in September and just had to say that we loved this villa and the views were amazing, Had such a relaxing break that we would recommend this to anyone that wants a relaxing time.

This villa was lovely and we had a great holiday here....we had hired a car from the airport and from when we arrived it was great...the villa was decorated beautifully and as we stayed in April it was warm but not too hot!

This was definately the best located villa on the resort. We took your advice and paid that little bit extra and it was worth every cent. The views cannot be described or experienced in photographs, you really need to see them in the flesh to appreciate them. The heated pool was a blessing in May and it meant us and the kids spent most of the evenings in the pool as well. The resort staff was excellent and this was a holiday we will never forget. We have already booked again for September and I am sure we wll be back a few times in 2012. See you soon. Andrew Charlton, London.
