Furnishings are guaranteed to please anyone as they have been carefully hand picked with the help of Celebrity Linda Barker. There are 3 bedrooms, one double on the ground floor with a separate bathroom with shower and tub, and 2 upstairs, one twin and one double, both with en suite shower bathrooms.
Latchi's once tiny fishing harbour has been transformed into a modern marina, but it's still kept its laid back charm. Old stone fronted fish warehouses have been turned into restaurants, tavernas, shops and places of recreation. Mouth watering fresh fish comes straight off the boats and onto the grills of the eateries lining the harbour and beach front.

Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right.
