The apartment itself has an open plan layout with a bright living area that easily seats 4 guests, there is also a slightly off-set dining area and fully fitted kitchen that includes a washing machine and microwave plus all cooking essentials. For your comfort there is air-conditioning and wifi throughout the property.
From the living area you have direct access outside to a good sized veranda which enjoys lovely views over-looking neighboring fields and a distant glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea, a perfect spot for early morning coffee and al fresco dining.
There are two bedrooms, each one benefitting from a double bed and ample storage, both bedrooms share the family bathroom. The complex itself boasts two communal swimming pools strictly for residents and covered parking.
The centre of Kapparis is only a 10 minute walk away, or few minutes by car. Once there you will find a large variety of shops, restaurants and bars to choose from with cuisines ranging from Mediterranean to Japanese. Kapparis coastline also has a great choice of stunning white sand beaches and crystal clear waters. With the lively Protaras strip a short 10 minute drive away, the apartment is perfectly placed for families and couples alike.
