Lemon Tree Villa is a delightful two-bedroom villa in Agia Trias situated just 150 metres from the picturesque beach, harbour and church at Ayia Triada. It has delightful terrace with stunning views of Ayia Triada where you can watch the sunrise over the harbour in the morning.
The villa sleeps up to 6 adults. There are two bedrooms. One contains twin single beds and the other a double bed. The corner sofa converts into a double bed. There is also a travel cot, highchair and safety gate available for babies and toddlers.

The villa is ideally located in a picturesque, peaceful location yet within 3 minutes walking distance of a bank, chemist, bar, bakery and bus stop. Both the bar and bakery offer a great selection of take-away food at reasonable prices.
The villa is within 10 minutes walking distance of Kapparis' main shops, bars and restaurants. The nearby bus stop provides regular bus services to the lively resorts of Pernera, Protaras, Ayia Napa and Waterworld where guests can enjoy the nightlife and other attractions there. The local buses depart every 20 minutes, operate through the night during the summer months and are extremely reasonably priced.
Trinity Beach is just 150 metres away. Sunbeds and parasols are available to hire. The beach has toilets, changing rooms and showers. From the beach you can explore the little fishing harbour and visit the picturesque blue and white church. There is a beach cafe which provides a range of snacks, meals and drinks. Malama Cove and beach is just 600 metres away - a short stroll. Water sports are available there. There is also a cafe/bar with amazing views of the cove and beach. The cafe offers good food and live music during the summer months. Water sports are available at the beautiful Malama Beach in Kapparis which is just a 10-minute stroll away.
The villa is within ten minutes walking distance of Kapparis where you will find a selection of tavernas, restaurants and supermarkets. Kapparis is an open all-year-round resort.
The popular resorts of Pernera, Protaras and Ayia Napa are only a 10 to 15-minute drive away. The local bus stop, a 2-minute walk away, means you can get to these places cheaply without the need to hire a car. Buses are scheduled to leave every 20 minutes for the nearby resorts.

I really could not fault our stay here from start to finish
perfect for a relaxing holiday with easy access to the busier resorts although found ourselves spending surprisingly little time away from the villa/locality
Excellent communication from the start made for easy booking , transfer and check in
The villa has everything needed for a comfortable break with a beautiful beach nearby. Lovely sea views and plenty of shade when needed around the pool. The area is very peaceful and unspoilt..
We found the Bakers arms very welcoming with lovely home cooked food and great value just a few minutes walk away. There is also a beach restaurant by the Sandy beach which was never packed
We will definitely return and would recommend to couples or families looking for an escape from the crowds in a home from home environment

A beautiful villa run by a lovely, decent English couple Clean 2 bedroom, spacious and well kept - new shower room, adequate kitchen...a home from home One minute walk from the beach with views of sunrises from the balcony.

5/5 Ayia Triada Wow ♥️🌞♥️ This was our first family holiday in this new area of Cyprus for us so it was imperative we made a good decision not to spoil our Cyprus magic we've experienced. Oh wow! We were seriously made up with the choice. Fantastic property very clean and extremely well maintained with everything on site needed for a full on holiday in the sunshine. Great location literally 500m from Ayia Triada Bay and only 5mins drive to the stunning Sirena Bay literally around the corner. With easy access to various shops and the bakers Arms pub and the beach bar cafe this Villa holiday ticked all our boxes and some. And of course within easy reach of some stunning areas to visit, Konnos Bay beach and the cliff side restaurant and Mike's Watersports, Famagusta or the deserted city of Varosha, Cape Greko national Park! And of course the lively Ayia Napa area which is driveable in 15 mins Close enough for fun but far enough away for the peace and quiet you may want. Other beaches Landa and Nissi and the fantastic Wateroark too. Really easy drive in under an hour from Larnaca airport so no stress getting there! Above all else dealing with the property owners was a complete joy. They are extremely helpful and polite. They also made our stay a fantastic one at that. If you want a very sunny very hot fantastic base for a holiday you won't get much better trust me! Oh and if you want to taste the best Cod N Chips you must visit Mr Cod in Protaras on the main road.... Mind blowingly lovely! We are already planning our return for next year. Thank you
