Overview
Jasmine Villa in Esentepe, Northern Cyprus, is a well equipped, and well furnished 4-bedroom air-conditioned property with its own well maintained private pool and attractive garden set in an excellent location with almost uninterrupted panoramic views of the sea and the breathtaking Besparmak mountain range. The villa is spacious, light and airy.
It’s located on a small select development at the foot of the hill leading to Esentepe village, about 200m from the sea, and set in a secure walled, railed, and gated garden containing a variety of Mediterranean plants and a large area of artificial grass for family use. Ravines on either side ensure that the villa enjoys much privacy. Jasmine Villa in Esentepe will sleep up to 8 adults plus two babies/toddlers in cots. It's child friendly, being specifically equipped to cater for young children with a high level of baby/toddler equipment available to minimise what parents need to take on holiday. However, the villa would be equally attractive for adult-only visitors as the children's equipment is unobtrusive. Villa has air conditioning throughout and free Wi-Fi internet access. All bedrooms have black-out blinds - these are particularly important if you do not want to be woken too early by the sunrise.
There is a generous allowance for free electricity with no meters to feed! Water, gas, laundry, wi-fi internet access, and the services of our local legally operating English agent are also free so, unlike many other properties, you would not get any surprise additional costs during and/or at the end of your stay.
The villa has secure gates parking for up to four cars.

Owners, Jon and Helen, are a professional couple living in the south of England. They have two young children so know the difficulties in taking young children abroad. They have therefore ensured guests with babies or toddlers have access to a high level of suitable equipment, ensuring that the villa contains many safety features. They equally wish to cater for adults-only visitors and therefore equipment for children is largely out of sight. Jon and Helen, and Jon's parents (Neil and Rita - who currently act as honorary booking agents - have extensive knowledge of Northern Cyprus and in particular the Kyrenia region, having stayed in the area many times over the last 27 years. The unique benefits of Jasmine Villa are: Privacy. Spacious accommodation. Child-friendliness and high level of baby/toddler equipment which is unobtrusive. Attractive garden. Secure premises. Ample car-parking. A well maintained private pool and attractive garden. Wonderful views of the mountains and sea. Cooling breezes from the mountains. Black-out blinds in bedrooms to enjoy a good night's sleep - so many properties do not have these! Easy access to village shops, local supermarket, pharmacy, petrol station, restaurants and bars. Easy access to the main road to Kyrenia, the mountain passes, beautiful nearby sandy beaches and the Karpas peninsula. The villa enjoys a high level of privacy. With ravines either side and just a single obscured glass window from the one lower level property, guests cannot be seen while using the terrace or the covered patio or in the pool.
