Our stay was just as expected as we've been to Coral Bay before a number of times.

The villa was well equipped and clean. The beds were really comfy and there were enough towels.

There was a problem with the shower tray backing up in the en suite which was dealt with promptly by the owner.

We do feel that the pool itself could have done with a but more attention. A lot of bugs remained in the pool because the water level was rather low (so we filled it up ourselves) and the filters were both broken so the bugs didn't get retained in the filters. The day we arrived our eyes were stinging from the chlorine and chemicals in the pool and this also happened during our second week.

Overall, however, our stay was great! Many thanks.

Mariandi 1 has an excellent situation on the outskirts of the town. Quiet and peaceful it was exactly what we were looking for. Coral Bay town was a 15 minute walk away which was ideal. The villa itself was pure class. Lovely pool and sunbathing area. With four good sized bedrooms there was plenty of room for everyone. In a nutshell I would recommend this villa 100% to all.

The owner was very pleasant and helpful and responded to messages I sent very promomotly. He visited the villa during out stay to check all was well, which was a nice touch. Also the fridge was stocked with a few basic supplies, which was very welcoming after a long flight.
The downstairs living space was very spacious, modern and comfortable even with eight of us.
Lovely views from the upstairs balconies. Good sturdy table and chairs for outside dining.
Great garden space if you are taking children along, with your own supply of lemons.
Great location for walking to the supermarket, beach and main town.
The only critisisum I would have is that the villa is suitable for 8 people but there were only sun beds enough for 7 people. It would be lovely to have a few chairs on the upstairs balconies to sit and admire the views and watch the sun setting.

This Villa was fantastic and looked exactly the same as the pictures. The owners could not do enough for us, we couldnt believe how helpful they were. The Villa is a bit of a walk to the beach and centre of Coral Bay but as the Villa was in such a lovely position we didnt mind this. Pool was great as well and we were in there constantly it was so lovely. The local supermarket deliver your food for you and give you a lift back if you havent got a car. Over all a wonderful holiday and a fantastic place would definitely recommend.
